For the last six years, 4,000 Holes has been establishing a ‘101 Great Goals’ collection, with the list of inductees so far listed below. These have been put forward as fanzine articles by a variety of Rovers supporters.
There’s a lot of work still to do to help the project along so it’d be fantastic if anyone else is keen to write in and make a contribution.
The rules are very relaxed. It can be a Goal of the Season contender, a promotion-winning strike, a scrappy effort which broke a goalscoring duck, or one which is memorable for any other obscure reason. Some maverick has even added a couple of goals scored against Rovers into the list!
