Radagast Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Rovers: Friedel Neill McEveley Todd Johanssen Reid Ferguson Tugay Emerton Dickov Bothroyd Subs: Enckelman, Flitcroft, Stead, Thompson, Douglas Good to see Thompson back. Btw, Pedersen is injured That dastard Hughes probably injured him to avoid paying the appearance fee. Or just out of spite because he wants to ruin his career.

Ewood Dream Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Let's just hope Douglas doesn't have to fill in as an emergency right back at any point... Can't be any worse than Neill..
rover6 Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Been away for a few weeks, so I'm trying to catch up... ....but why no Michael Gray in the lineup or on the bench? Is he injured...? Out-of-favour after a couple of dodgy performances.
Lathund Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 I'm confident. I know we've seen great performances turn into shambles in just a week many times before, but I do believe we're on the right track now. And a win here won't get us out of trouble, but it'll at least give us some room to breathe.
krislu Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 A bit worried that we dont have anyone that will command our defence with both Todd and Johansson being fairly "quiet"... Glad to see that McEveley gets another go, just dont let him take any of those freekicks..
Sanny Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 anyone know anywhere i can watch the game on the internet? cheers
Kandevil Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Chat is open for those that can get in for todays game, see the link on the menu bar above.
mattyc2422 Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 anyone know anywhere i can watch the game on the internet? cheers I'd be happy with audio.
Ewood Dream Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Apprantly McEveley has just hit an appauling pass and gave it away with Norwich nearly scoring as a result.
Roaming Rover Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Jay Bothroyd has been sent off for kicking out. Brilliant
sleepyjack Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Half time 0-0. Bothroyd sent off for kicking out at a Norwich defender in full view of the linesman.
modes98 Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Whats the point in playing somebody stupid enough to get sent off in a massive match! First tugay get idiotcally sent off vs boro and now bothroyd what is wrong with our players! Don't they realise its hard enough when we have 11 to be in this position again is ludicris and i hope bothroyd doesn't get paid for a month
Shevchenko Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 10 men for 45 mins? God help us Another 2 points dropped at least now.
mattyc2422 Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Didn't have a good feeling about todays game. Better a striker than a defender though...
1864roverite Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 seems a totally illogical decision by Bothroyd and supports the claims that he has a very suspect attitude and fiery temper. how can he react like that having nearly scored 2 goals in as many minutes and then do something as stupid as he has ? It really makes me mad the only consolations at the moment are the fact that we havent conceded as of yet, the dingles are losing and nobenders are getting hammered at home
Ewood Dream Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Is it just me or does Bothroyd look like the guy from N.E.R.D. ? Got his attitude too
Rovermatt Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 (edited) Svensson, who hasn't scored since April, has put Norwich ahead. They haven't won in the Premiership for 10 years. Was it ever going to be any different? I didn't expect us to make it so easy for them. Spineless. Edited November 6, 2004 by Rovermatt
mrsjansen Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 It's not really a suprise. The writing has been on the wall. It's bad enough not being a ble to beat 11 men when we have 11 players on the park, but down to 10 men. Against a team that haven't won in the Premiership in 10 years, and a guy who hasn't scored since April. When oh when will we learn.
BuckyRover Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Bothroyd is a c*nt I apologise for the language but thats how I feel
Ewood Dream Posted November 6, 2004 Posted November 6, 2004 Nearly knocked Reid out when he scored against Liverpool last week.
