SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 Will they charge 'away fun day' prices like the robbing gets did last year?
1864roverite Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 I have heard a rumour that they are offering Roversa very small ticket allocation of under 2k. only a small rumour at the moment but I am sure that as the time gets nearer we will find out
MarkBRFC Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 Will they charge 'away fun day' prices like the robbing gets did last year? Man City fans are paying £38 to go there in a few weeks. I imagine that it'll be the same price for us.
BRFC4EVA Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 (edited) I have heard a rumour that they are offering Roversa very small ticket allocation of under 2k. only a small rumour at the moment but I am sure that as the time gets nearer we will find out It better not be, i expect an allocation of around 3,500 for this game, cosidering its a bank hoilday christmas time fixture. Also, i hope that the prices are reasonable, ive heard maybe £38 which is a joke, around £25 for adults, £18 for students and £15 for children is the right kinda price in my opinion. Looking forward to that game, would love to put the Notlob in their place!! Ive just looked on the Notlob website and we are a catergory A game, which i think will mean £35 for adults, £24ish for students and £19 for kids. Edited November 28, 2004 by BRFC4EVA
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 £35 and £19!!!,god help their crowd if they are ever near the bottom again....their support would disappear faster than ours has done at those prices!
roversWASmylife Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 On Bolton's website it says we're a Category A game. Depending on how well we do in our games at the beginning of December will determine if we sell our our allocation or not at the Reebok.
McClarky Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 £35? Thats a f***ing discrace. I was thinking of getting the train down for the day but there is no way I'm paying that much for a ticket. They can stick it where the sun don't shine together with their poxy, mechano set stadium.
colin Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 thats very expensive. ...and that's very restrained language. Not quite the words I had in mind....
cn174 Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 Its not the first time we'll have been charged £35 this year. Thats what we're paying for Crystal Palace
AndyT Posted November 28, 2004 Posted November 28, 2004 Ill be going get tickets soon as they come out , if its owt like city i missed out So be down on the day.
Ben-2000 Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 (edited) As we get tickets in both the Upper and Lower tier, there's always 2 different prices, the lower tier being the cheapest. These are the prices for the South Stand which is divided between home and away fans (as advertised on Bolton's Website for the rovers game) Upper Tier - . Adults £35 . OAPs £24 . Kids £19 Lower Tier - . Adults £27 . OAPs £21 . Kids £14 Edited November 29, 2004 by Ben-2000

As they can fill it thereselves, especially in derby games, i dont think we will get many tickets. 2,500 at the most probably. Il be getting one as soon as they are out hopefully. £35 or not, i want to see us beat them at the breezeblock
Mike Graham Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 The original question was about inflatables. What about blow up spittting pigs?
Ben-2000 Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 Not very often that we get the upper tier anymore We've had tickets for both upper & lower last few seasons, so hopefully again.
Hughesy Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 As for a fun day. NO! Nothing to have a fun day about yet. End of the season will do nicely when we should be very safe (i hope)
Dan Furness Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 (edited) Bolton is never 'fun' outside the away end especially when we keep scoring 92min+ goals ha ha Edited November 29, 2004 by dan_mark_furness
nolan9 Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 I Know yeah !! got stones chucked at me last year
JAL Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 If Bolton charge a penny more than what we would charge Bolton to go to Ewood then we should all make a stance and make sure the club dont sell one ticket for the game and block the club from selling tickets and disuade fellow Rovers supporters from being exploited from supporting their team - somebody has to make a stance against these gypos. Come on chaps youve got the moral high ground if Bolton want more than what we would charge their supporters to come here.

Hughesy Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 Bolton is never 'fun' outside the away end especially when we keep scoring 92min+ goals ha ha Correct. Its usually all abit tense outside after. It sure was the last time. EVerywhere you looked there were bolton fans trying to have a fight with rovers fans. Lets hope we beat them easily this time instead of drawing level in the last minute
