No, it has nothing to do with Rovers transfer target Robbie Savage wanting to be nearer to his parents.

Cancelled Due to waterlogged pitch

Rovers reserves play their first game of the New Year this evening away to Liverpool at Wrexham, when Amoruso gets his first run out after being injured against Middlesborough back in October.

A strong Rovers squad, also includes Morten Gamst Pederson, De Pedro, McEverley and Enckelman, will be hoping to continue their good form as league leaders.

Kick off 7pm.
