modes98 Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 I think steady should start it is vital for him to score and giving him games like this should help him. Once he scores i think he will not have aproblem finding the net like he did last season. Just getting that first one is vital especially with dickov out vs bolton.
Ozz Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 I would put Stead and MGP up front, he cam obviously finish and would probably create more for Stead.
Paul Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Flittcroft and Ferguson are definetley unavailable through injury. Ryan Nelsen is unavailable as his registration did not come through in time. Hughes will "put out his strongest squad"
waggy Posted January 18, 2005 Author Posted January 18, 2005 PUFF THE MAGIC DRAGON just pm'd me via another website and he reckon's they will be in b/burn about 2pm and ardiff reckon they will have 2-3k fans,we might have 15k at this rate
mhead Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 15000...have you seen the weather? Burnley's new grass and old tarpaulin(HA HA) are going to be tested-the fixture should be played by May. Better weather for Wednesday night but just rounding up the Huskies! Still 2-0 Rovers and inevitably MGP to score.
ABBEY Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 im going for the worst game in history 0-0...no shots on target,1-0 on pens to rovers after each side misses 20 each ....at least it would make feel better at work lol
1864roverite Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 just back from Cuba and my first prediction for the New Year. 2-0 Rovers oh what fun I have had in Cuba with Rovers remaining uneaten, thos eniggly naggly dinglefans who were with us really had the mockers on them when Rovers appeared on tv versus cardiff !!!

benhben Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 We should put alot of effort in this cup. A good cup run and the chance of some silverware would be good attraction for other players looking at the club.
Paul Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Att: 9, 981 Update 9982.....just persuaded a travelling Aussie to attend his first match Emerton and Neil better do the business
roversWASmylife Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Rovers 2 - 1 Cardiff Really hope we win as we have a good chance of progressing further into the competition. Not sure who will score, nor the attendance.
philipl Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Lennie Lawrence very upbeat about Cardiff's chances tonight. Presumably as this is the FA Cup, the official site will be running free commentary again?
Dan Furness Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Shall be making my debut cup appearance this season Rovers 2-0

LeChuck Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Can't see anything other than a win tonight, hopefully we'll put on a good display. We could use it to rest one or two but keep the core of the team the same. 2-0 to Rovers. Friedel Neill Todd Johansson McEveley Reid Mokoena Thompson Pedersen Stead Jansen Hopefully.
