Currently 39th in the queue on the phone -

Apparently the queue is all the way down the line to Blackpool and some are even riding on the donkeys while they listen to the soothing music NuclearSox included laugh.giflaugh.gif

Ringing since 08:59 still can't get through 10:00

"Thank you for calling Blackburn Rovers. The following options are designed to connect your call more quickly" (What a joke !!!)

FOR A MINUTE AND A HALF !!!!!

Then

" Thanks for calling, unfortunately the service selected is currently busy. Please try again later"

Why do we have to listen to the same long-winded message over and over again (I must have heard over 30 times now), before we're told that the service is busy ? PATHETIC.

its called queueing my friend, add that that we have been asked by BRFC to help save our dearest enemies by filling their ground for them so that they can stave off the threat of extinction and it just shows you how big hearted the Blackburn fans are towards the trolls from deepest east lancashire.

I mean which Rovers fan in the right mind would love to see such a humble little club go to the dogs ?

Keep the faith tinykit.gif

I rang at 9.00 on the dot... took about 10 minutes to go down and I got my tickets by 9.10.

I've done the maths and this story adds up.

Thanks Sam but don't start bragging about your maths ability. You have the advantage over the rest of us with all those extra fingers and toes.

I realised as soon as I had put that, didn't think someone like Sam with the IQ of a cardboard box would be the first to pick up on it though!!!

Lets all slag the ticket office staff off. If it takes as long on the phone as it did on Monday in person they are doing well to get through one a minute.

Wash your mouth out.

There no need for pessimistic comments like that.

Ooops forgot - Rovers never take the easy option wink.gif

Don't forget your passports.

can't wait, my first match at T'urd since the Simon Garner classic in 1982. The best for me was Boxing Day 1977 when we won 3-2 at T'urd with Waggy, Fear and Noel scoring. We painted Scumly blue and white and started the famous "Harke thou hear the Rovers sing the B*****ds ran away, we will sing for ever more because of Boxing Day..." What a great day out! tinykit.gif

The fun of having an away season ticket. No queueing and no large telephone bill, the ticket just turned up on my door step.
