Paul Posted March 13, 2005 Posted March 13, 2005 Blackburn Rovers will take their deserved place in tomorrow's draw for the Football Association Cup Semi-Final draw. For the first time in 45 years the Rovers will feature in an FA Cup semi-final to be played at the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff on the weekend of April 16/17th. Today's 1 - 0 victory over Championship side Leicester came courtesy of a Paul Dickov penalty after Morten Gamst Pedersen had been brought down in the box. After missing his last spot kick against Chelsea, Dickov struck the ball hard and dead centre to leave Ian Walker in the Leicester goal diving hopefully to his left. The Blackburn End erupted. The club, the town, the fans needed this result. Cheers lads!! Join the post match discussion HERE
