Arsenal Vs Blackburn Fa Cup Semi-final Tickets

Does anybody have 2 tickets in either the £25 or £35 areas? I need two tickets that are seated together. I have tried contacting Blackburn Ticket Line at 9.30am today but the cheapest they have left is £45 in the BT Stand Upper Tier.

PS - How much do people reckon a signed shirt is worth. I have the 90s 3rd strip (the Yellow/Gold one) that i believe they have only ever used once. It was signed in a pre-season fixture away at Caernarfon Town Football Club. It is 100% authentic as Caernarfon is my hometown. It includes early autographs of the likes of Damien Duff, James Beattie, Shay Given etc and all in all there's approximately 15 odd signatures. Any ideas how much something like that could be worth?
