Francis Jeffers; wasn't capped until he moved to Arsenal for 10million.

Seth Johnson played for England when he was at Derby, so he isn't one of them.

Collymore was sold for 8.5m, not sure if he got an England cap though.

If the question includes players who were transfered while uncapped but have subsequently played for England (like jeffers), Jermaine Defoe would count.

Moved from West Ham to Spurs for £7m in january transfer window 2004 and made England debut a few months later.

Scott Parker was capped in 2003 and moved to Chelsea for 10 million in 2004. So it can't be him

Where does it say in the question that they have to be uncapped at the time of the transfer? The way it's worded sounds like they'd still have to be uncapped now.

Has Jonathan Woodgate ever played for England?
