It is noticeable that the question asks for four Englishmen (Born in England?) but not necessarily capped BY ENGLAND.

That's the bugger, I kept putting 'Peralta' into Google. I have no idea if he's ever moved for anything like £7 million, or even if the question would allow him if he did...but he did move from Chievo to Roma a year or so back.

Not totally sure but I think he may have scored in all four divisions as well in the one season.
