Supporters Turn Out For Brisa Launch

Blackburn Rovers Independent Supporters Association (BRISA) made a successful launch to a well attended gathering, of Rovers Supporters, at the Blues Bar, Ewood Park, last night.

Following opening comments by the chair Mike Graham, and steering group members Paul Brooking and Scott Thornton, guest speaker Mark Longden, chair of IMUSA (Manchester United) addressed the meeting before the floor was opened to questions and comments from supporters.

Whilst there are issues that need to be campaigned for on behalf of supporters, it was clearly evident during the open forum, that whilst BRISA should be fully independent of the club, members aim to work for the benefit of the club that they are so passionate about and the future of the game that they love.
