Despite a last minute own goal by Fulham's Zak Knight, Rovers once again failed in their quest to gain an away league win in the capital.

Goals from Diop just before half time and Luis Boa Morte just after the restart was enough to give Fulham all three points.

Post match Mark Hughes stated, that Fulham had 3 efforts and scored 2, and that he believed that if Rovers had scored 10 minutes earlier then they would have got something out of the game.

Unfortunately, the history books wont record what might have been only the result.

Final Score Fulham 2 Rovers 1.
