AxesFirstTouch Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Odds on pedersen being at rovers next season?
Rovers Air Force Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 (edited) It would be madness to let him go with-out a price tag arround £25M! Edited January 11, 2006 by Rovers Air Force
Rainmaker Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Odds on pedersen being at rovers next season? 373616 Depends very much upon if Hughes are at Rovers at that time, and the final position in the PL. The downside of having good players and managers if you are not amomg the "special ones" is that they will be poached.
Rovers Air Force Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 (edited) Away goals don't count untill AFTER extra time at old trafford!!!!! (According to Radio 5 Live) Edited January 11, 2006 by Rovers Air Force
Philly Rover ® Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 That's what they said. Also, as the Rovers commentary points out, it's almost double last night's attendance at the JJB.

Still think O'Neill will come back into the equation for Man Utd. What other job could be available better than ours. Hughes will be there wait and see re: pedersen he came saying it was a stepping stone to better things. Still I would like another couple of seasons out of him.
blue/white Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 C'mon Rovers... you've got to get back on possession... nothing good will come out of sitting back in defence !!! C'mon you Blues !
MIROVER Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 24,348... well done Roverites. 373620 don't forget the attendance is boosted by a full darwen end and no doubts plenty of red s++m in our stands.
dave birch Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Listening to five live, I'm hard pressed to hear who the Mancs are playing!
Rovers Air Force Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 (edited) Yeah I'm listening too...its about 20 seconds ahead of the radio rovers broadcast! Emerton and Reid to come on! Edited January 11, 2006 by Rovers Air Force
blue/white Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Yes Dave, it's been like this since opening kick. Big team bias in full bore !
Rovers Air Force Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 (edited) Happy with that!!! thought we'd lose then I saw their team...and thought we'd get battered! all square for the next game, away goals don't count unless we get to the end of extra time all square...worst case now is to be 2-2 at full time, and lose it in extra time! Edited January 11, 2006 by Rovers Air Force
pksrover Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 1-1...we should be happy with the result when we probably played our weakest 2nd half of the season against man u, and not getting punished for it...
jim mk2 Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 United dominated the match tactically and physically. Rovers will be happy with a draw and will have to play much better at Old Trafford.
Eddie Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Majority of the first half, other than during a quiet 15 minute patch from about 20-35, we were excellent I thought. Second half, probably best not to talk about. We hung on though and that is all that matters.
Rainmaker Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Bellamy must be getting somewhat frustrated by his strike partners. I mean, we have no proper partner for him to play of. The two other strikers at the club have their roles to fill, Dickov is the "run at everything and kick everyting" kind of terrier and Kuqi is the battering ram tank centre forward, but none of them can put in a decent pass. There is in effect no supply for Bellamy from the other strikers. Lets hope thare is a quality striker on the way in this month.
Rovermatt Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I roared with a mixture of amusement and frustration as Kuqi, with a clear sight of goal, thumped the ball straight ahead of him and out of play-absolutely awful.
