benhben Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 (edited) Sky sports changed the scorer from Kuqi to Pedersen Ps hows Sergio P doing? Edited January 21, 2006 by benhben
Rover4ever Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Deja vu Gallagher strikes again in the form of Pedersen
DanLad Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Sky sports changed the scorer from Kuqi to Pedersen 376588 I'm not a gambling man, but walking past the bookies in Accy this morning they had 8-1 for MGP to score the first goal. I was really tempted to go in and stick £20 on. I've never put a bet on anything in a bookies, but I should have listened to my instincts there!
James No. 7 Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 (edited) Boos all over St. James' Park! And well done Rovers. We certainly are on the rise when we're winning these sorts of gameson top of getting the ones we should be winning. Not the best match from what I could tell, but it's a win nonetheless. It's a good time to be a Rover. Edited January 21, 2006 by James No. 7
modes98 Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Come on. Not the best second half but 3 points well earned. Dunn scores for brum who beat pompey 5-0!
1864roverite Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 bye bye graeme hahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahaha
mrsjansen Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Souness, Souness whats the score? As if you get beat off such a small club................
Rovers_4_life Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Fantastic!!!!! Not bothered how it went in, the only thing that counts is that it went in!!! Souness was getting somemajor abuse from the fans at the end of the game, always nice to see, Let's hope he gets the chop!!! p.s. who said Morten doesn't score tap inns!!!
USABlue Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Doesn't sound good for Dickov, that's bad news. Same game Gallagher scored his "header" we lost Ferguson too, Deja Vu all over again.
frosty Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Fantastic result, Pedersen again! The stewards had to hold back the fans from shouting at Souness
grizfoot Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 The stewards had to hold back the fans from shouting at Souness 376601 Priceless
Bazzanotsogreat Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Where is that muppet padyk ( whatever he is called) when the chips are down, mind you typical newcastle fan , more mouthy than anyone when there doing well. Nowhere to be seen when times are poor, maybe this is why theyve never won anything Anyway well played rovers and the back 5 especially
Mr. E Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 (edited) Great result Rovers !! Goodbye, Souey. Goodbye. Edited January 21, 2006 by Mr. E
yellowsubmarine Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Anyone can update on Dickov's injury?
OscarRaven Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Great result. Press conference at St James on Monday morning me guesses. Yes seemingly an injustice for Newc but them 3-0 at Ewood now that was an injustice! Gally recall on the cards, playing well for Stoke until today... Upto 8th shame Wigan won... figures Thompson would score. Come on you Blues.... Wednesday Night Booster!!!!!
Bazzanotsogreat Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 MH Just said either broken colar bone or dislocated shoulder
Rovers_4_life Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Just seen Sparky's interview on BBC, said Dickov has dislocated his shoulder. Down to 2 strikers then!
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 ''NEVER FELT MORE LIKE SINGING THE BLUES, THE ROVERS WIN, GEORDIES AND DINGLES LOSE, OHHHH ROVERS YOU GOT ME SINGING THE BLUES''!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lathund Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Bit worrying about Dickov, as we only have Kuqi and Bellamy with any real experience. Recalling Gallagher is the least we should do, perhaps bringing in another striker on loan would be an option even if we're not looking to buy anyone until the summer. I don't know what kind of injury he has, looked like it could be a broken collarbone. Anyway, it was an OK performance. Very toothless in the final third, but apart from that we did well. However Newcastle had quite a lot of pressure for a while towards the end of the game, but that's to be expected I guess. Peter didn't have the ball that much, but he looks a very good prospect. Especially noticed one very nice run past maybe three Newcastle players before putting a cross in. No end result, but a nice bit of skill. He seems to like low crosses from the left, and it seems like he's pretty decent at getting them past defenders too. Quite quick, good technique and knows how to cross, sounds pretty good to me. From a neutral point of view a draw would probably have been fair, but I don't care about that at all
AxesFirstTouch Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 javascript:ShowHide('qr_open','qr_closed'); Fast Reply Calrton palmer just flamed the hell out of bramble and boumsong on BBC
Dufflite Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 100s of Geordies are demonstrating outside the ground...looks like its all Rover for Graham. They have just been infering on the BBC that he's bought crap naming Titus Bramble and Boumsong Sven's leaving after WC according to the BBC
