modes98 Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) This is a fantastic game, end to end stuff. Could go either way. Come on the Boro!! 3-2 btw, jay jay pen miss then blasted in from 2 yards. Edited March 26, 2006 by modes98
tony gale's mic Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) dammit as optimistic as I try to look at things, I don't see us getting that CL spot. We need to do something really special to pull it off, and rely on the other teams slipping a few times. 6th place for a UEFA spot looks more realistic, and I think we'll get it. 393609 i wouldn't say winning two away games at relegation sides and winning quite an easy run of home games is anything too special, and we arguably have the easiest run in out of any of the teams. plus bolton are hopefully gonna lose vs boro. but the away games at birmingham and portsmouth are the key ones i think. if we even get 4 points from those 2 games we're in with a fighting chance. brfcshabba Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Can't trust Boro to do anything. McClaren for England manager. No chance 3-3
philipl Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Boro defended that like they defended MGP's free kick. Got to fancy Notlob to win this now unfortunately.
ihtd Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Lucky notlobbers!!!!! Anyway a point for them isn't a bad result for us. Its better than them picking up the 3 points and getting even closer to us.
modes98 Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) la la la goallllll! 4-3!!! parnaby is a legend! Edited March 26, 2006 by modes98
ihtd Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Parnaby you beauty!!!!!!!! notloB might not be in with as good a chance as they think.
ihtd Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 notloB may have two games in hand but to over take us they now have to win both. Happy Days.
AussieinUk Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 notloB may have two games in hand but to over take us they now have to win both. Happy Days. 393641 Not really.. they could win and draw the 2 games, giving them the 4 points. They have a better GD dont forget (well, at the moment they do +4)
ihtd Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 But isn't their games in hand against the top two? correct me please if i am wrong.
philipl Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 (edited) 393539 For our friend from Hull without a back button. Games in hand are Boro H and Brum A but their regular fixtures are a bit tricky. Edited March 26, 2006 by philipl
FINRover Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Great match Boro-Wanky. Cheers! And next five match is not easy for Notlob. Manure (h), Brum (a), Chelski (h), Pool (a), WBA (a) Many supposes than Brum & WBA match are easy. But that it's not because they need points so that they be saved in Premier.
Bobby G Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Bolton have a tough run in. We could get 12-15 points from our last 6 but we could also get 6 or 7 as well. The difference between no European football, Intertoto, UEFA Cup or CL football all hinges upon a matter of 5-6 points.
ihtd Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 For our friend from Hull without a back button. Very Funny I wouldn't want to be Notlob playing WBA away towards the near end of the season, as they will be scrapping with everything they have to stay up. B'ham are going to have to get some points on the board as well and they have them twice, it could be a hard run in for them.
Exiled_Rover Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Apparently Mr Ferguson has gone on MUTV and said that Chelski away at Rovers and Bolton are games he has targeted as ones they will drop points in. ....which is nice.
nonaynevernomore Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 I hyave a question. Will 7th place guaramtee Uefa Cup?? On BBC it says so
Bobby G Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Gee thanks Sir Alex... Dont get your hopes up guys, its just psych-games with Jose.
Bobby G Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 BBC is wrong. Even 6th is not guaranteed as a UEFA Cup place if Arsenal win the Champs League.
Exiled_Rover Posted March 26, 2006 Posted March 26, 2006 Obviously he is playing mind games with Jose, but it's nice to think he has confidence in those two small Lancashire clubs giving Chelski a game.
