Manchester Blue Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 U sure Lee? BBC has Lens in third due to goal difference.
Lee Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 (edited) UEFA.com have OB in third and Lens bottom. http://www.uefa.com/competitions/uefacup/S...Group=2702.html (Don't ask me how they've worked it out though) Edited December 14, 2006 by Lee
John Howarth Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 UEFA.com have OB in third and Lens bottom. Surely Lens finished on 4 points with a zero goal difference with Odense BK also on 4 points with a minus 1 goal difference
Manchester Blue Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 UEFA.com have OB in third and Lens bottom. http://www.uefa.com/competitions/uefacup/S...Group=2702.html (Don't ask me how they've worked it out though) I was just about to post their own regulations state the first criteria is superior goal difference. Bizarre!
cn174 Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Surely Lens finished on 4 points with a zero goal difference with Odense BK also on 4 points with a minus 1 goal difference Doesn't it go on the result between the two teams before goal difference?
Jordan Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 BBC and Sky showing that Lens have finished third.
Manchester Blue Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Doesn't it go on the result between the two teams before goal difference? see page 14 http://www.uefa.com/newsfiles/19070.pdf
Ste B Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 UEFA.com have OB in third and Lens bottom. http://www.uefa.com/competitions/uefacup/S...Group=2702.html (Don't ask me how they've worked it out though) results of the games involving the teams tied on points. so if ob beat lens then that counts fist before goal diff
Tris Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Livorno please. About time one of these foreign jaunts involved sea and beaches. And I don't mean in Israel (although I'm sure Tel Aviv is lovely, it's one heck of a trek).
John Howarth Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Regardless of whether it is Lens or Odense BK in 3rd place, is the 1st leg on 14th or 15th February away or can it be either of those two dates?
Lee Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 No idea on the actual date of the game yet John. UEFA in their editorial piece now have Lens through... http://www.uefa.com/competitions/uefacup/n...sid=490959.html
Manchester Blue Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 (edited) It could be either 14th or 15th although i'm hoping for 15th. Still no idea why Uefa have Odense through. It couldn't go off results between sides as you only play them once and that may be away which would be unfair. Just seen that Lee, obviously a cock up originally as going off their rules it had to be Lens. Edited December 14, 2006 by Manchester Blue
sleepyjack Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Anyone know if they decide the date of the game straight after the draw, or fudge around with discussions between the clubs? Probably the latter, it's never easy.
Jordan Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 My choice 1) Livorno 2) Braga 3) Zulte Waregem 4) Lens 5) Hapoel Tel-Aviv 6) Leverkussen 7) Fenebache. For flight prices I currently have these. Waregem £110 Tel-Aviv £250 Fenebache £186 Bayer Leverkussen £50/£70 depending where you fly to Brage £250 Livorno £200 Lens £110
stuwilky Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Go on, mention it as a Valentines Day treat! Yeah, like thats gonna happen after Feyenoord.
Jordan Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Yeah, like thats gonna happen after Feyenoord. Tell her that if you are allowed to go to the away tie you were take her to the home tie. Sounds fair to me.
stuwilky Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Tell her that if you are allowed to go to the away tie you were take her to the home tie. Sounds fair to me. I think its more likely to be that I promise not to take her to the home tie!!!
