Anti-Man Utd Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Really on a domestic level (apart from the FA Cup) this was the only thing BRFC hadn't accomplished in the PL until last September. Nothing pleases me more than beating them. Especially at Old Trafford. Also acted as a catalyst for an upturn in form.

frosty Posted August 12, 2006 Posted August 12, 2006 In the home end Got free tickets Same here! We had hospitality as well, in fact the whole trip didnt cost us anything
Darth Paul Posted August 12, 2006 Posted August 12, 2006 This was the only corporate entertainment ticket offer I have turned down for OT in about 5 years! All those years of keeping quiet in the wrong end while we nearly got a result (or that great draw the year before). Oh well I suppose I saved myself a battering. I also went to the cup semi in the wrong end and managed to keep quiet through all the goals, drama and penalty saves, only for Saha to go down late on grabbing the ball, attempting to win a penalty. The occassion got to me and I stood up and shouted "Handball you cheating b******!" before remembering myself and sheepishly sitting down again. Thankfully there were only minutes left. 60 odd thousand eyes could be felt drilling into the back of my head! (Actually I doubt very much if half of them even spoke Engrish). Anyway, being the superstitious sort I doubt I shall be visiting that stadium again if it means we keep on winning!
