Ste B Posted October 23, 2002 Posted October 23, 2002 The FA Have announced on their website www.thefa.com Following the sending off of Blackburn manager Graeme Souness in his side's Premiership fixture with Liverpool at Ewood Park on August 28, Mr Souness has been fined £15,000. He has also received a three match touchline ban starting 4th November.
