Wolverine Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Down at Ewood Park (Blackburn Rovers) There's a victory Sound (Blackburn Rovers) You can hear them singing (Blackburn Rovers) For miles and miles arooooouunnd..... Rovers, come on the rovers... etc, etc, repeat to fade. I wonder if anyone else had this?
LeChuck Posted August 5, 2006 Posted August 5, 2006 Mr Blue Sky by ELO The closing part of that song would be a fantastic entrance for the team.
Yan Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 the saddest day by converge...seems to fit the bill for the last few games i've seen at ewood (don't think i attended one win there last season...which is a bit of an achievement on reflection) or wish you were here by pink floyd...to the rest of blackburn...
stowell Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 In reference to our eternally-strapped transfer budget "money"- Flying Lizards
Yan Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 (edited) In reference to our eternally-strapped transfer budget "money"- Flying Lizards or floyd's version? although thats more about having money than not...could refer to the greedy @#/?s that are taking all of ours i guess! blue/white Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 Good shout, Flopsy! i'll nominate 'Send in the Clowns'..... Judy Collins (Like I do every year in this thread).

bob fleming Posted August 6, 2006 Posted August 6, 2006 Down at Ewood Park (Blackburn Rovers) There's a victory Sound (Blackburn Rovers) You can hear them singing (Blackburn Rovers) For miles and miles arooooouunnd..... Rovers, come on the rovers... etc, etc, repeat to fade. I wonder if anyone else had this? Still got it. It's by Frenzy. They should play it, just the once. It's just a shame I don't have a record player anymore. ribblesdale - Wrote for Luck would be a better choice.
SD4E Posted August 7, 2006 Posted August 7, 2006 Thunderstruck ....by AC/DC. that has an absolutely fantastic build up opening, could get the crowd clapping along etc. Final countdown is also a winner, bring it back for good old times! we had it for so many years during the early premiership days, to me it always reminds me of rovers to this day anytime i hear it.
eddiewac Posted August 7, 2006 Posted August 7, 2006 It's gotta be final countdown for me although O fortuna is quite good as well
blue.white Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Final Countdown for me too. Or Clubbed to Death by Rob Dougan.
