I was watching TV the other day and they were talking about how most of those examples of the PC brigade are simply made up, particular mention of the ba ba black shep.

As some have mentioned communication seems to be an issue.

A possible very simple answer is that both Kish & Ooojer are talking to each other in second (possibly third) languages. Whereas Todd & Nelsen are both using English as a first.

A theory that certainly fits in with Occam's Razor (go google)
