bluebruce Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 If you can't beat the structure, make the best out of it; i'm gonna buy us a win with 20 bucks - 10 on west ham to win, 10 on a draw. Since fate hates me, surely the only other possible outcome will occur! I reckon you'd be happier with a win and losing 20 quid than drawing, getting a mere point, and the lowest cash return (I'm assuming the odds for a draw aren't as good as for a WH win). So a draw it shall be.

blue/white Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Hmmm.... How will you be able to celebrate Benni's hat-trick, then?
Tris Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Bingo If anyone wants to arrange for me not to get from the Crawley area into London on Sunday then I won't complain. Transport for London and the rail operators do a fantastic job of making travel to / in London on Sundays something of a joke. I'd read this before travelling. If anyone isn't rushing home and fancies some decent music after the game, we're going here.
1864roverite Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 That man is a total moron. I detest him with a passion. Does noone else think that this clown takes the term "white man" to the extreme?? I have never seen such a pasty looking wimp EVER
Gareth Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 We don't win at West Ham. Pardew's sacked if they lose & we've lost our last two games without scoring... West Ham 2-0
Jordan Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Like most of the people on here I am thinking the worst for this one. 3-0 West Ham....Orvil to be P1ssed. I hope one of them happens. Where are people thinking of Drinking before the game?
grizfoot Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 All they hype around it possibly being Pardew's last game will probably work against us. Although saying that I do fancy us to nick a 1-0 win. Records are made to be broke thats what I say.
Eddie Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Manager about to be sacked, team that can't win, sounds just like a Rovers loss to me. 2-0 West Ham
Billy Castell Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 3-0 to West Ham. We always do bad against crisis clubs, whoever they may be.
AggyBlue Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Kick 'em when they're down Unhappy Hammers 0 : 2 Rovers
Bobby G Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 I reckon the first goal will make a big difference especially if we score it and they have no confidence.
Lee Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 Hasn't made a difference in our previous three visits to Upton Park, we've scored first in all of them and ended up losing.
Moppy Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 (edited) Well I am taking the fact I won my first ever game in FM07 against WHU 2-4 as a good sign. I dont think it will be that score though. Ill go for a 0-1 win. Zurab scoring off a corner. Edited October 27, 2006 by Moppy
Presty On Tour Posted October 27, 2006 Author Posted October 27, 2006 fairplay i hope the players and staff don't have the attitude of some of our fans going into this game!!! shocking!
cn_barlow Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 good news is that Lawro has predicted a 2-0 loss for us...which means we'll probably win!
stuwilky Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 fairplay i hope the players and staff don't have the attitude of some of our fans going into this game!!! shocking! Why are you shocked?
Presty On Tour Posted October 27, 2006 Author Posted October 27, 2006 because we are miles better than west ham! we couldn't be playing them at a better time, all the media saying this and that is a rallying call, it's still the same team. i'd be gutted if we didn't get the 3 points on sunday. some fans have no belief and faith and would rather save face and predict a loss to cushion the blow if it happens, anyone heard of PMA!!!
3rdpillar Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 West Ham 2 Rovers 0 Delivery of the Final Ball lets us down. Crowd get behind hammers and spur them onto their only win till Christmas.
stuwilky Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 some fans have no belief and faith and would rather save face and predict a loss to cushion the blow if it happens, anyone heard of PMA!!! Some fans are just blind optimists.
Flopsy Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 and obviously not been following Rovers for any decent length of time Rule 1 for Blackburn Rovers - Never ever expect Rovers to win an "easy" game Rule 2 - A striker on a goal drought or a club in crises will always beat rovers - it doesnt matter what run we're on, how we're playing or anything - we'll cock it up Rule 3 - Never Ever Ever Ever Ever overlook the fact that if possible Rovers will cock it up.
Rovermatt Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 West Ham haven't scored in donkeys. They're without a win for even longer. It's a West Ham win then with Tevez laying waste to our defence.
Steve Posted October 27, 2006 Posted October 27, 2006 Bad feeling about this one, we always seem to lose to teams out of form, and Lawro predicts not just a loss but a trouncing! Score will be 3-0 to Rovers though Neill, Bentley and Nonda
