LeftWinger Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_pre...njury_table.php Sods law isn't it - teams like Chelsea and United with their huge squads have very few injuries - and teams like us who can't afford a strong squad get crippled by injuries!

Cocker Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Its been reported today that Man U also have Saha, Giggs and Neville out
gumboots Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Does this now mean that we might get some sympathy from the media? I won't hold my breath!
Ozz Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Emerton-No return date-oh dear that's not looking too good.
LeftWinger Posted October 31, 2006 Author Posted October 31, 2006 Emerton-No return date-oh dear that's not looking too good. Not necessarily - it also has Ugo Ehiogu as "No return date" then lists him as doubtful for the next match. Hopefully it's not a long term thing with Bert Mk2.
gumboots Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Ehiogu said last night it would probably be end of the month. Can we wait that long for Brett? Don't think many of us ever thought we'd be worried at the prospect of his missing 6 weeks of the season!
tchocky Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 (edited) Odd. Didn't realise Peter Ankleman was out with an enckle injury.. Thought Brown had just moved ahead of him in the queue. Edited October 31, 2006 by tchocky
Exiled_Rover Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 What's up with Bert MkII? A late scratch from the Wham game - did he pick up a strain or something?
speeeeeeedie Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Emerton-No return date-oh dear that's not looking too good. Would we have seen comments like this about Emerton 2 months ago? I doubt it. What was the thread; "Bad news - Emerton signs". How fickle we are. I do like the mark II qualifiers though every time Emerton is now mentioned. We are also atop the lack of discipline league if Sunday's commentators are to be believed. Do we get to keep that too if we win 3 in a row?

Presty On Tour Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 nelson,it is nelsen doooohhhhhhhhh!!! talking of him, cant wait till he returns.
G Somerset Rover Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Another night another injury. Good to see Shabani and Morten back but obviously this was tarnished with the month long injury to Sav. January really can't come fast enough.
Exiled_Rover Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 It's a shame there aren't any central midfielders coming through the academy, at least not any near Premiership class. It's been a bitter dissapointment in my opinion, especially when compared to other clubs like Manchester City, Aston Villa and Leeds. Granted they're all larger, city clubs, but we've invested a lot of money into the academy for little reward. As for the injuries, who does that leave us in midfield; Tugay, Mokoena, Bentley and Gallagher? Oh dear.
LeftWinger Posted November 30, 2007 Author Posted November 30, 2007 Bottom of the League Well I've never seen this before. Apparantly we've a fully fit squad - and sit proudly at the bottom of the injuries table. Touch Wood.
