Doesn't mean we have to treat anything else with any respect. Even idiots occasionally say something sensible or state something so blatantly obvious that nobody could really disagree. And before you respond to the word idiot I did not for one moment say you are one. I think you're actually the creation of one of our more sensible posters who just likes to wind people up then stand back and see what happens.

Vinjay does make the occasional good point but even a stopped clock is right twice a day. It is quite amusing to read his rants, but if moderators are going to be chasing around after threads being diverted down the Walker/Williams route again then its not worth it. You guys do a great job and Im sure your time is limited.

It did cross my mind as a possibility........but then you said "sensible" , so that rules the main suspect jim out

I doubt it, den and Alan are going to knock his block off. Maybe not this week, maybe not this year. One day though....

It'll be like an episode of The Equaliser.

It won't be very equal if it's two against one though will it?

I'll take Den to win, with Alan on the bench. Either that or we give Vinjay the choice of a Killer BT Fighting Duck or a squirrel.

I'll tell you how hard me and Al are.

This Burnley fan came down to a BRISA meeting and started to get a bit shirty - heckling and all that. Me and Al had a quick word together, then took him outside and gave him a hell of a beating.

20 minutes later, the guy walked back into the meeting looking battered and bruised, clothes torn and specs broken. He looked at me and Al and said "right you B******s, out side. This time, one at at a time."

So both of us together, took him out again and gave him another thumping. He didn't come back again.

Don't mess with me and Al.

About time. Acceptable performance today but the opposition were limited to

say the least. Hughes shouldn't get too relaxed but knowing his arrogance he

will. Look at the thread on the official messageboard. Some people are

getting tired of his positive spin as well.

ROVERZEALOUS-"I understand that he has to say certain things to maintain the

confidence of the players, but on certain occasions he comes across as being

somewhat deluded. For example, after the Feyenoord match, he was claiming

that we were the better team and should maybe have won the match?!!?!?! Did

he fail to see the frailty of the defence and the numerous clear cut

opportunities they produced? I think it was also against West Ham where he

tried to make out we had played well. We had been pretty poor imo. Although

in the second half we did apply some pressure we failed to create anything

clear cut...just a thought!"

"Saying that we were the better team against Feyenoord was just wrong. He

can praise the side for positives, but he doesnt have to talk rubbish. it

makes him look stupid."

Hughes has signed 4 strikers in pre season. Nonda/McCarthy scored today buy

why is he looking at yet another striker? If you sign 4 strikers in pre

season you should stick with them. As far as I'm concernced it's a sackable

offence. Hughes is lucky he's got a nice comfort zone under Williams

chairmanship. If Jack was still here he would be barely holding onto his

job.

As for Lucas Neill the contempt I have for that player is higher than any

other in history. Tom Sherwood got booed and he did far more for this club

than Neill ever has. Yet he got booed didn't he? You don't like it when I

say you have gone soft. When you pay for your season ticket you shouldn't

have to watch scumbags like Lucas Neill. Yet the club rewards him. Hughes

though is too arrogant in his own abilities and still thinks he might sign a

contract. What if he gets injured? If that happened where will he train

during pre season? Would the club let him use Brockhall to recuperate? Would

the fans put up with it? This is Jack Walker's club and he's shown no

respect whatsoever. Yet you don't care. He shows disrepect to Mr Walker and

you just put up with it.

As for the thread about Williams and his son I have no problem with that

believe it or not. When I see Simon Williams quoting lies about future

finances maybe I'll have something to say about him. I would hope though

that he isn't being lined up as a successor. Williams is close to his 60's

now. Hopefully he mi8ght think about retirement soon and a bring a end to

the hell this club is going through.

MORE RESPONSES

Dave Birch-The guy is clearly paranoid.

Vinjay-Well what do you expect? It's one nightmare aafter another. I was

called paranoid when I said Bellamy would be sold? Was I wrong? No and you

can't deny that. I said he wouldn't be sold until after the "early bird"

scheme was slightly successful...numbers did increase. I was right about

that as well. I saw your name on the web archive for the supporters site.

What was it like to be on the boards when fans refused to accept medicority.

It's almost like follow the leader. Jack Walker spoke of ambition, the fans

demand ambition. Williams reduces ambition and the fans accept it. Jack

would be saddened if he saw what this club has become.

Flopsy-Could anyone explain why he doesnt like a small town in Europe? And

why he seems so upset that we did so well last year? Is it because all his

moaning has no point? I mean your constant whining, although incredibly

annoying, is at the end of things, just a reflection on yourself. Totaly

irrelevant.

Vinjay-Why do I not like it? The first two words themeslves are a put down.

You're actually putting yourselves down by the use of the words "we're

just." You openly put yourself down and put the club and town in the same

context. I've heard people say that the title win showed that the town had

ambition. Wrong. It showed that the town had ambition.

I prefer to chant "a big club in Europe." Yet I'm the one who abused. Did

you sing that in 1994? 1995? 1998? No. Williams has ruined this club. He's

downsized everything. Jack saw Man Utd as arch rivals...Williams wants

Rovers to see Bolton as rivals. He's ruining everything and manipulating

your minds. That's why he reduced prices against Bolton...Jack would have

done it against Man Utd. Jack wouldn't have liked it. You obviously don't

care though what Jack would have wanted. He wanted this club to be a force

in Europe. Yes the club it had nothing to do with the town.

Of course though it's the drummers that are the problem. Not the fact that

some fans don't care what Preston, Burnley, Blackpool are doing. I act like

a premier league fan and consider premier league teams rivals. Look at that

awful song that they keep playing. Williams is trying to install a 1980's

mentatity again. He's manipulating your minds. You can't see what he's

doing.

Who are you to judge if my views are irrelevant. If my views were so

irrelevant then the thread wouldn't have 9 pages as I write this.

As for that being a put down. I'm already low enough thanks to Williams and

his lies.

Bob Fleming-Local nut case Vinjay finally tracks down where Glenn lives and forces him to allow him to post at gun point. Funnily enough it’s exactly

the same post he made umpteen times eleven months ago.

Vinjay-If I was a nutcase I would have walked past the non existant security at Ewood and held Williams at gunpoint by now. It hasn't even crossed my mind and if I was a nutcase I'm sure it would have. Maybe I'm just tired of seeing what Williams has done to my football club. Newcastle and Aston Villa fans wouldn't accept what Williams has done.

foreverrovers-anyway why do u lot call vinjay yajniv?

Vinjay-On the official board it seems that Lee Grooby has iniated a

fdunction that puts people's names back to front. I don't really see the

point of it to be honest and it dosen't really offend me at all. Lee Grooby

is insignificant and probably too busy kissing up to Williams to come up

with something remotely offensive. Wiolliams censored Revidge Blue who has just sat back and taken it. Lee Grooby censored me because his boss told him to. He's a typical kiss up in the workplace. There's always people like Lee Grooby who get further than they should because of kissing up to the boss. I don't care about his messageboard. He isn't going to silence me. Williams isn't going to silence me for as long as he lives. If you wake up he won't be able to silence you eiether when fans rage descends upon Ewood. More likely though fans won't protest and be content with 10 members showing at meeting because it's too cold. Too soft is what they are. It isn't

antartica.

A win has slightly lifted the gloom but can you see an end to Williams

reign. I want nothing more in my life than to see Williams sacked. I don't

hesitate to say it would be one of the greatest moments of my life. How I

would love to see that smug SOB get what's coming to him. For now though the

club continues to slide into a seemingly bottomless abyss. There's no end in

sight.

May God have mercy on our BRFC souls.

On a more positive note check this link. It's a reminder of when this club

had some ambition. One glimmer of light amidst all the gloom are memories of

what this great football club used to be.

If you are going to give this guy an avenue to vent his thoughts, you may as well let him back on.

Otherwise lock the thread and bounce his emails.

Correct Dave. Oh and by the way, you seem to have wasted too many words on a description of Vinjay earlier : The guy is clearly paranoid. One word would have done fine : Vinjay = deluded. Oh go on then two : mentally ill.

Appears the resident site mentalist has sent a ranting spam email to a few people from the official board whose email addresses are visible

I dont know if he's actually sent it to anybody from this site.

We are tending to get a mail every couple of days, and he has tried to re-register on the board.

Anyone else think Neild got a thesaurus for christmas? Its either that or word of the day bog roll

The Rovers boss expertly fused youth and experience together in a revamped starting line-up that featured the old heads of Todd, Tugay and Andre Ooijer, as well as the young zephyrs Derbyshire and Gallagher.
