Watched SummerSlam last night and fairplay wrestling has gone downhill since they made it PG rated.

Seriously running out of decent story lines and the wrestlers are the worst crop ever.

Anyway during the title match, a drunk fan ran into the ring and tried taking the ref out with some kind of submission move. It was not in the script or staged and security dragged him out. With the wrestlers and ref thinking WTF and a little shaken, they ended the match 10 seconds later just to get out of there!

Hmmm. As they say, everything is scripted (from a wrestling site):-

"As it turns out, the man who attacked referee Scott Armstrong during the WWE Championship match between Randy Orton and John Cena before being dragged out by personnel was not a fan. The individual in question is WWE developmental wrestler Brett DiBiase.

DiBiase is the 21-year-old son of wrestling legend "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase. and brother of current WWE star Ted DiBiase, Jr. WWE signed the third generation wrestler to a developmental contract at the start of the year."

Shocker

Did anyone watch Benefit busters the other night?

The one bloke seemed a bit of an empty head but I ended up feeling sorry for him at one point

Watched the Derren Brown lottery thing last night, somehow they definately changed the balls around after the draw was made. If you look at the video closely enough you can see a black line directly above where the balls are and this short clip below shows one of the balls moving after the draw had been made.

I'm 100% sure he cannot predict the lottery results but I'll be disappointed if it's just a video overlay on the numbers.

Watched some great TV this week

Flashforward - Great start to the series, recognised a lot of people in it inclusing a Seth McFarlane cameo, defo will continue watching

Charlie Brookers gameswipe - as a huge Charlie brooker fan and a gamer this was a no brainer, love his cutting take on things

Peep Show - Tonights was as brilliant as ever, it's amazing that it's still not got stale, it never gets better for poor Mark does it

Benidorm - Again a great opener to the series, I've only seen the back end of the last series so need to catch up on earlier eps and the first seroes

Also been enjoying Masterchef the professionals nightly on BBC

LOST is ace

Lost is indeed ace. I caught the first episode of Flashforward in the US last week. It could be very good. I'd also highly recommend a new comedy called Modern Family which broadcasts on ABC. It stars Ed 'Al Bundy' O'Neill and it's extremely funny.
