Lost land of the Tiger on BBC was brilliant. Only the BBC seem capable of making programmes of this quality.

Anyone notice a resemblance between Steve Backshall and one particular Rovers player?

Speaking of BSG, has anyone watched Caprica? I've seen the pilot so far and I'm impressed.

I think it's excellent, although last I checked there are rumours that it may be canned after series 1

(half have been shown in the UK on SKY1 so far).

Apparently there aren't enough space explosions for the sci-fi fan boys.

It's as well written/acted as BSG though(Ron D Moore still involved), with same character depth.

Looks great in HD and if you like the Matrix you'll love it.

I watched a sepcial one last night on BBC America. It was called Sugar Mummies and detiled the exploits of 5 couples with significant age gaps, with the woman being the older partner. None of the women were rich so I don't know were they got the title from. It was like watching a car crash unfold over and over. When was it on in the UK? Has anynoe else seen it? Is it a series?

im currently watching boardwalk empire - superb - from the creator of the sopranos,

and just finished watching 'Breaking Bad' which is an astonishingly good series- though both arent available on tv in the UK YET. (i have to download- but well worth it). id recommend them to anybody.

Boardwalk Empire is as excellent as you would expect any HBO product to be.

Mad Men's fourth season ended on Sunday. Terrific stuff.

shamefully i am only on series 1 of mad men, episode 8 i think. warming up nicely! :)

I agree with a number of your other comments, but I certainly agree with this one.
