American Rover12 Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Is that just your side of the pond pal as I can't find the new series on my sky listings over here? Oh wow, if the first season is anything to go off of, you won't be getting it on TV till Feb. Woof.
cn174 Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 Is that just your side of the pond pal as I can't find the new series on my sky listings over here? According to the sky website it starts on the 8th October here.
JC4LAB Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 Repeat of the series Sound of the sixties but better quality this time.BBC only kept 4 espisodes of sixties Top of the Pops and only kept full archives of the show from 1976.Most sixties stuff you see is gleaned fron other shows or from abroad. The rest of the TOTP sixties stuff are lost......My Fav performance to come at some time soon will be Rolling Stones Give me Shelter

Simon Says Posted October 6, 2011 Posted October 6, 2011 Just watched Educating Essex (crap title) on C4. Excellent stuff, I have watched the previous episodes, but I found this weeks episode truly moving. If you want to witness broken Britain and some people attempts to mend it, go online and watch this now. Well worth an hour of anyones time.
old darwen blue Posted October 14, 2011 Posted October 14, 2011 According to the sky website it starts on the 8th October here. Delayed thanks Clare! Watched the first episode of the second series last night, its as quality as the first if not better.

Flopsy Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Holy Flying Circus on BBC4 was utterly brilliant last night, a true gem. I laughed like a drain. Warning, there is a lot of swearing in it.
Biddy Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Loving the walking dead atm. Agree, but will it remain at the top of it's game when it starts to deviate from the comic books and half way through season 2 when Frank Darabont leaves? The season 2 opener was excellent though.
Beta Ray Bill Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Holy Flying Circus on BBC4 was utterly brilliant last night, a true gem. I laughed like a drain. Warning, there is a lot of swearing in it. Just watched on iplayer. Brilliant, funny and just as the film itself, a very clever commentary on religious control. And the guy who played Palin was superb.
American Rover12 Posted January 14, 2012 Posted January 14, 2012 Just watched the first episode of "The Fades" on BBCAm. Was wondering if anyone caught the series and could recommend continuing as I am on the fence about it.
RoyRover Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Just watched Educating Essex (crap title) on C4. Excellent stuff, I have watched the previous episodes, but I found this weeks episode truly moving. If you want to witness broken Britain and some people attempts to mend it, go online and watch this now. Well worth an hour of anyones time. I saw a couple of episodes of this. I really enjoyed it. It made me glad that I went to school in the excellent Northern Ireland grammar school system.
Josh Posted February 3, 2012 Posted February 3, 2012 Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy is quite possibly the worst thing I have ever seen
ultrablue Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 I realise I'm a few years late with this, but an american colleague wouldn't stop talking about Modern Family. I got hold of the first series and by 'eck its funny. Some beautifully talented women in it too!
