Tris Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Barnet away would be really nice (10 whole minutes from my house). Failing that, Luton- normally 20 minutes up the motorway (although with the roadworks..............) QPR would be nice for me - 20 mins walk from the front door. But went to Barnet earlier this season and it's a great little ground - how watching footy ought to be - I'd love to see Rovers play there.

tchocky Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 I'll second that! However, barring a massive continental drift in the span of 16 hours, I'll take a nice home draw against Blackpool, PNE or Burnley. Be another chance to rest some of the boys and get a nice attendance figure. I'm still holding out hope for the Pangaea contingency! Don't forget he is the Driftpeasant..
West Aussie Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Nobenders at home for me don't fancy Reading so soon
stuwilky Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Tris the people round Loftus Rd arent very polite are they?? I see youve met Tris then
Finch Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 None of the big 3 or West Ham away. Anyone else, we could have 'em! QPR away would be good - not difficult to beat and it's not very far from where I live. Tris the people round Loftus Rd arent very polite are they?? I asked directions when i was trying to find the ground a while back and they were proper rude?? It's not a Loftus Road thing, it's a London thing ... unfortunately It can be a bit off-putting if you're not used to it.
AggyBlue Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 I want an away tie at somewhere with terracing
Martin Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 I think it's important our efforts at Everton are rewarded with a decent draw. Anything apart from the big boys at Ewood would be perfect. The last thing we want is West Ham or Pompy away. My preferences would be: Firstly, a home draw (avoiding the big boys) Blackpool if I could choose. Secondly, Forest (a) or Derby (a)
Ricky Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 My mate's a forest fan so that could be fun. He kept harping on about how beating Charlton wasn't a shock as they are a bigger club than them and all that nonsense.
Paul Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Blackpool, PNE or Burnley at home in that order of preference
Paul Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Yes or here http://highload.thefa.com/default.htm?r=4
cn_barlow Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 No Burnley for us....newcastle or big club away no PNE and no Blckpool either
cn_barlow Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 We have been drawn against QPR or Luton away is that good?
3rdpillar Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 QPR - luton, yep cant argue with that. Onward and forwards.
West Sussex Rover Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Wouldnt mind an away draw with Queens Park Rangers, i could probably manage to go and watch that
Ricky Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Not a bad tie really. Would have preferred to be at home but can't grumble.
Finch Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 Full Draw Arsenal vs Bolton Wanderers West Ham United vs Watford Bristol City or Coventry City vs Hull City or Middlesbrough Chelsea vs Nottingham Forest Chester City or Ipswich Town vs Swansea City Cardiff City or Tottenham Hotspur vs Southend United or Barnsley Barnet or Colchester United vs Peterborough United or Plymouth Argyle Birmingham City or Newcastle United vs Reading or Burnley Derby County vs Bristol Rovers Sheffield Wednesday or Manchester City vs Southampton Crystal Palace vs Preston North End Manchester United vs Portsmouth Blackpool vs Norwich City Queens Park Rangers or Luton Town vs Blackburn Rovers Wolverhampton Wanderers or Oldham Athletic vs West Bromwich Albion Leicester City or Fulham vs Stoke City
