mike at picture Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 Got off to their usual flyer then their usual November slump. What's great is the daft buggers get all "exaaahted" and start talking about playing us in the prem! Looks like they garnered enough points in their August/Sept purple patch to beat the drop though.

SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 They are just 5 points above the drop zone with the likes of Brum, Preston, Sunderland,WBA and Cardiff to play!.....hope springs eternal Mike!!!!
mike at picture Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 I gave up hoping for Dingle disaster since that horrible, fatefull day in '86. F*****g Orient
thenodrog Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 Weren't they in the top 3 early in the season? They were 3rd on the opening day......... Alphabetically.
Hasta Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 Barnsley, 3rd from bottom, are leading Stoke at the minute. The gap is certainly closing for Burnley, but not the one they were crowing about.
ABBEY Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 GET THE SCUM DOWN ...LETS HOPE ITS 2 POINTS SOON THEN MINUS
Billy Castell Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 Indeed, but it is closing................between Burnley and Accrington Stanley.
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted February 26, 2007 Posted February 26, 2007 Barnsley win! Another team gains point's on Bumley. It's "hands on caps" time down at the Turf
bob fleming Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 I just might be slighty out with the figures there! No you weren't mate. They last won on 28 November 2006 (13 weeks ago), before that they managed to lose the previous three games. So it's one win in 19 in total. Excellent work.
ABBEY Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 8/1 dingles to go down... 14 Sheffield Wednesday 34 12 8 14 49 53 -4 44 15 Coventry City 35 12 6 17 35 47 -12 42 16 Burnley 34 10 10 14 35 37 -2 40 17 Ipswich Town 34 11 6 17 40 46 -6 39 18 Norwich City 32 10 8 14 39 50 -11 38 19 Barnsley 35 11 5 19 39 58 -19 38 20 Luton Town 34 9 9 16 42 56 -14 36 21 Hull City 34 9 8 17 35 48 -13 35 22 Queens Park Rangers 34 9 8 17 39 54 -15 35 23 Southend United 35 7 10 18 34 56 -22 31 24 Leeds United 34 9 4 21 34 58 -24 31 get down scum
Steve Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Looks like Leeds are definitely going down though lots of Leeds fans at my work!
mike at picture Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Dont want to see Leeds go. A real shame imo. Looks inevitable though.
BuckyRover Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 It is very sad. A lot of Leeds fans are very apathetic about their current plight They get charged a lot more than us to watch that dross
boris bear Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Steve Cotterill has told all the players to use their mobiles non hands-free whilst driving because that's their best chance of getting three points.

Ricky Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 I might chuck a tenner on them to go down, they have some tricky fixtures coming up and their form is the worst in the league gotta be worth a little bet I think.
CAPT KAYOS Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Alot of tricky fixtures but alot of the teams down there have got to play each other as well
roversyoyo Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 From Burnley to Murcia. Bet the lads gutted! Footballer escapes Burnley
spanishblue Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Will have to go up and watch him. It's only 40 mins from where I live in Spain. It will be great if Murcia go up as their season tickets are about £150 so it's worth getting one.
thenodrog Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 It is very sad. A lot of Leeds fans are very apathetic about their current plight They get charged a lot more than us to watch that dross Is it hell. It's a salutory lesson to all football clubs not to play silly buggers. Short term gain long term loss.
blue phil Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 Exactly . They all lauded Ridsdale at the time ...now it serves them all right . Good riddance to an ugly club with the worst fans in the land . Never forgave them for their treatment of Cloughie .
daveoftherovers Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, SEND THEM DOWN... Another going down party in the offing.... (I'll be pi**ed for a fortnight!) What could be better??? ... What, LEEDS & THE Dingles ???!!!!! There is a God!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alan75 Posted February 27, 2007 Posted February 27, 2007 The Canaries move above the Dingles.tonight.
