Claytons Left Boot Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Cotterill turned down 3 clubs according to Toytown newspaper. Morecambe, Stevenage and Rovers Ladies. He's lying about the last one. Firstly he's not good enough and secondly they wouldn't have gone for him.

Claytons Left Boot Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Just a thought following all the Falklands stuff on tv lately. Even then, a quarter of a century ago, Burnley hadn't beaten us for three years. It'll be 28 years on 14th of this month.
doowe Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Had a nice chat with Steve Cotterill this morning on my way to school, enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnRWNtaFk8Q
Billy Castell Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 To be honest, you didn't cover yourself in glory.
thenodrog Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 To be honest, you didn't cover yourself in glory. Indeed. In fact you could easily be the one from Burnley! Grow up and cultivate some better manners.
adopted scouser Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Had a nice chat with Steve Cotterill this morning on my way to school, enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnRWNtaFk8Q Surprised he didn't get out and tw@t you, I would have.
Billy Castell Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Would you go as far as to say Doowe is one step up from a happy slapper? Anyway, Doowe blew it. If he was able to cut down Cotterill with his wit, but instead called him a Dingle b_stard and then didn't come up with anything when Cotterill said he knew his dad. A remark on a par with Yes Minister was needed at such a golden opportunity.
blue phil Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 Surprised he didn't get out and tw@t you, I would have. Just as well it wasn't Stanley T - he would have
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 4-0 to the inbreds Waving their 4 arms in triump. Lets hope this is their first win for another 19 games They are acting like they have gained promotion, talking about how good Steve Quitterofall is, and how good looking they think their own sisters are

Friarsnig Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Glory days The finest day in Burnley's recent history? Worthy of a special t-shirt it seems!
mike at picture Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Glory days The finest day in Burnley's recent history? Worthy of a special t-shirt it seems! The reason why our club is different to their's captured in a t shirt. Think I might get one!
Billy Castell Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 You'll only be funding their next big signing Mike. Your money will be put towards the fee needed to sign players of quality like Guiliano Grazioli or Leo Fortune-West.
Quack Posted April 27, 2007 Posted April 27, 2007 Easy but true mistake! Read the red print carefully under the picture and enjoy!

yoda Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 So the truth is out! The Dingles celebrate failure and we celebrate sucess! A new T shirt to go with the empire strikes back T shirt would be good, Lee get your artistic head on again
cletus Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 Easy but true mistake! Read the red print carefully under the picture and enjoy! QUALITY!!!! Hands up who thinks a Rovers fan sneeked that in whilst no one was looking!
philipl Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 Good Q and A from QEGS teacher Dave Edmundson at the end of that piece: "It would be an awesome prospect to be in the Premiership. Why can't we? We are Burnley." Correct answer. Being Burnley is the perfect reply if asked anyone asks why they cannot be in the Premiership. Not that it is a prospect for the dingles, awesome or otherwise.
LeChuck Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 England 'B' to play at Turf Moor. Apparently Michael Owen is pencilled in to play that game. Could it be possible that Bentley will some part too?
