Robbie Savage suffered a broken leg in last night's 2-1 defeat by Watford.

Robbie had to be stretchered off early in the second half after a challenge involving Watford's Al Bangura

After the game Mark Hughes said: "We have heard from the hospital it is a break. How severe it is, we don't know yet. We are devastated for Robbie. He has played very well this year and it is a huge blow for him and for us."

"It's come on top of a performance and a result we weren't expecting so it has not been a good evening that's for sure."

An own goal by Emerton in the 12th minute and a header by Jay DeMeri 20 minutes before the end gave Watford their only second Premiership win of the season.

Rovers solitary goal came from McCarthy after excellent work by Bentley.
