It is only a dead leg that he couldn't shake off. Should be fit for Lev.

There is nothing in rovers attacking moves, a pencil with no lead if you will. Samba has been very very shakey so far, bu seesm to be getting into it.

we haven't even had a shot on target yet, we have had 1 shot from emerton which went wide.

everton have had 10 shots, with 6 on target.

Best moment of the half from a rovers point of view came with about 5mins to go to half time, when Zurab(yes that is right) had a stinging volley which had it been placed either side of howard would have gone in. Other than that it has been dross!

43:52 Fantastic shot by Zurab Khizanishvili(Blackburn) volleyed right-footed from right channel (25 yards), save (tipped over) by Tim Howard(Everton).

anyone got any views on how berner has done so far in his debut for rovers?

as for reading the riot act at half time, i think we should start reading it before the match starts because more often than not our first half performances this season have been shocking.

maybe Hughes can read the riot act at half time and we can come back stronger in the second half

We bloody well need to... we've done nowt in the first half !!!
