Presty On Tour Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 52:45 Defending throw-in by Brad Friedel (Blackburn). 52:13 Defending throw-in by Tim Howard (Everton). who is writing this stuff on the bbc??
modes98 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Gally down in the centre circle and its not looking great. edit: gally back up & on
laughatthedingles Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Jeffers on?? So its, Friedel, Zurab, Samba, Nelsen, Berner, Emerton, Tugay, Bentley, Roberts, McCarthy, Jeffers Come on Rovers!!
modes98 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Thats the team, i am not sure if but i guess benni has dropped off behind jeffers and roberts. This game is getting very dirty, beattie lucky to get away with an elbow. Gally couldn't shake off the knock from earlier, knee injury by the sounds of it. edit: wrong Jeffers is playing right midfield!
modes98 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Zurab off for Toddy edit: and booked already Samba goes up front
Presty On Tour Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 we have to go for broke now, come on samba!!! bullet header
Nayef Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Disappointing but fully justified result. How many more performances like that do Rovers have up their sleeves for this season? I'm guessing at least 6 or 7 more.
Finch Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 full time. Be ashamed Blackburn Rovers, be very ashamed
modes98 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 More injury concerns in the form of dunn and gally. A pathetic first half performance followed by a second half that we were by far the better team and should have created more than we did. We missed ped and derbs, i hope to god we get them back asap because we need them.
herbergeehh Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Cheer up, at least we've got one goalscorer today, with Joe Garner scoring Carlisle's only goal in a 3-1 loss. Awful result for us, really needed at least a point in this.
Rovermatt Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Rubbish result. Everton away is the sort of result that could either way though.
G Somerset Rover Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Firstly is anyone suprised that Dunn had to go off injured? Secondly is anyone suprised that we didn't turn up again first half?
Presty On Tour Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 disappointing day all round with the result and the dunn and gallagher injuries. although they injuries don't seem to serious it was a big blow losing dunny after 15 mins today imo.
Mr. E Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 this makes are the next two games all the more important, as if we want to achieve big things this season it looks like it will have to be in the cups. ....but how long is Dunn injured for ???
modes98 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 but how long is Dunn injured for ??? They said it looked just like a dead leg and if so then you'd assume he would be fit to at least take a spot on the bench against lev.
Finch Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Cheer up, at least we've got one goalscorer today, with Joe Garner scoring Carlisle's only goal in a 3-1 loss. Awful result for us, really needed at least a point in this. Plus Preston lost at home (they are looking very dangerous this season); Plus Burnley, having scored 1st went and conceded about a minute later ; Plus, for those of us who have a soft spot for our nearest league neighbours, Stanley won for the 1st time in ages.
Harrier7 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Stanley won for the 1st time in ages. 7 points from the last 12 actually! 2 wins and 1 draw from the last 4 league games.
Finch Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 7 points from the last 12 actually! 2 wins and 1 draw from the last 4 league games. I know they have been drawing a lot but must have missed that other win (midweek game perhaps?)
rover6 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 More injury concerns in the form of dunn and gally. A pathetic first half performance followed by a second half that we were by far the better team and should have created more than we did. We missed ped and derbs, i hope to god we get them back asap because we need them. Is Sergio Peter injured. Surely, otherwise he would've been on the bench being our only other naturally left footed midfielder.
Harrier7 Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 I know they have been drawing a lot but must have missed that other win (midweek game perhaps?) 3-2 home win against Mansfield a couple of Tuesday nights ago, but we were absolute crap last week-end!
