If anything its a POSITIVE for the clubs efforts to bring football back to the fans and they are to be applauded.

If Rovers can reach 15500 ST holders this then an increase of 2-3000 is a decent return.

It should definately see our average crowd increase and with any luck, it might just make for a better atmosphere.

For the record, I sit in JW Upper and fancied a move more central. I cannot thank the club enough for their assistance as in 5 minutes the young lady had given me cracking seats at a marvellous price. Comparable seats with both manure and liverpoo show me getting it almost 40% cheaper than their fans, at chelski and ar$e its 45% and that makes me very very happy.

It also shows that my ticket is over 100 quid cheaper than that at nobenders, now that just doesnt make me happy it makes me laugh a lot

Its a complete myth, they are in the process of emailing anyone who has ever attended to invite them to purchase a LMTB (basically a season ticket) for one season....

Conservative estimates suggest close to 8000 non renewals over the last 2 seasons - the home cup scheme potential could cost £400 on the price of a season ticket.

This is certainly true. I know one lad who was on the waiting list for 20 years (his Dad put him on when he was born) and he got an ST last season for the first time. Last season there were at least 2-3 occassions when match day tickets were available 48-72 hours before KO. I know a number of people who share an ST because they can't afford the full cost.

The home cup scheme is simply outrageous.

With half s/t and corperate, i thought it was closer to 12,500 s/t we had last year

They dont include corporate in the season ticket figures

At the fans forum, Tom Finn stated the figure surpassed was the total of Full and Half season tickets from last year.

The LET figure is wrong.

The indication given at the Forum was that last years total figure was roughly 12,000 plus about 1,000 Corporates.

We have apparently passed that figure already, there will presumably be quite a few sold before the start of the season and there is the opportunity to sell quite a few half season tickets this year with some attractive fixtures falling in the second half of the season.

Not earth shattering but quite encouraging imo.

In view of Andy Neild's interesting and supportive messages on here recently, would it be a good idea for someone to send him an e-mail so that he could write a new article-that would be much more supportive of the club than the recent one which was not very upbeat.

It would help gates if the LET didnt allow posters to print links to streaming sites.
