sleepyjack Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 So that means we (season ticket holders) can't sit next to our best mate/girlfriend unless they are both season ticket holders themselves?, thats stupid. Why is it? If they're not Season Ticket holders then why should they be rewarded with first pick of the tickets? You shouldn't be taking your best mate's girlfriend to football games anyway. It's just not on.

USABlue Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 my manager wont let me have the day off :( and no one will cover my shift Is he/she a dingle? Liquid laxative in the afternoon tea day before do 5 or 6 people including the boss, everyone has the squirts looks like a stomach bug hit. You would be one of them of course but make a miraculous recovery in time to get to the game.

LOL, what i'm saying is that we cant sit with who we want, you want to be with your mates, get down to the ground together, have a munch together and watch the match together. Thats what we do usually, its going to be a bit wierd sitting next to someone you dont know.
stuwilky Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 So that means we (season ticket holders) can't sit next to our best mate/girlfriend unless they are both season ticket holders themselves?, thats stupid. You can sit next to them very easily, by completing the application form. Submitting it, to receiveive priority in Phase 2. Easy.

Or you can do all of that by submitting a single form with everyone's details - or even a seperate form each stapled together or something. They will be dealt with as a priority in stage 2, and everyone sits together - presto. Am i missing something?
tonygreenbank Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Can anyone enlighten me about online booking? Can I get 6 tickets through my online booking capability? I know you dont need the application form but it would save a massive amount of time if I could get online tickets. Thanks.
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Its going to be on-line booking for me also....really dont fancy a 5 hr queue

tonygreenbank Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Only2garners, thanks for that. They are all season ticket holders. I just hope the website has the space available.
Roost Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 ................................HELP!!! ........................... I just cannot seem to fathom out the application form. Heres the crack.... I bought 10 tickets for the 1/4 against City I am NOT a season ticket holder. Which bit do I need to fill out on the form for non-season ticket holders - I cant seem to see one I have worked out when the tickets go on general sale - 3rd April - but do I need to queue up with my filled in App form or just turn up. Please help.............................
1864roverite Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Why the panic ? Rovers have 30000 tickets for sale and it is unlikely that we will sell this lot. so everyone will get a ticket, its the lower priced tickets that people may struggle to get as there are not too many out of the 30k ! Dont worry and dont think you all have to be at the ticket office 0900hrs thursday morning. Its two week on Sunday and there is plenty of time to gt your match tickets. CHILL OUT FANS, ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT
colin Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 its going to be a bit wierd sitting next to someone you dont know. Oooh I might just disagree with that. I was sat next to someone (one one side) I didn't know at the Worthy Cup Final. When that final whistle went.......................................

BuckyRover Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Is that what the restraining order was all about? I was sat right next to the Spurs fans on the back row. What a brilliant day
Billinge End Blue Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Unreserved seating at Old Trafford for the semifinal would have simplified matters enormously (within each of the four price bands of course). For a slight reduction in our allocation, like-minded fans and friends/family could be sure of sitting together, the ground would fill earlier and the atmosphere be enhanced all round.

Never gonna happen - sad to say.

Please help............................. I'm only after 2 tickets but am more or less in the same position as you (non ST holder). I phoned up today and the lady I spoke to just said fill in section 1 with your details, then write the other person's name/address in section 3. She said don't worry that it says it's for season ticket holders only just mark your form at the top as being for phase 3 and they'll understand. Apparently they do need the details of who you are buying tickets for tho so you'll need more than one form. She sounded a little confused herself by it all too. I think this form is really only any use for those applying in phase 1 or 2, yet the leaflet talks about applying for stage 3 as well. Bottom line is just give em a bell, she was more than happy to help out.
Mike Graham Posted March 27, 2007 Posted March 27, 2007 Lots of concerns on this MB about whether folk will get the right tickets (next to friends/lovers etc) or even tickets at all. Chill out; we have 30K plus tickets and will probably sell sub 20K. Even if plus 20K can you really see us approaching 30K. The answer unfortunately is NO.

I agree with PB that we are highly unlikely to sell out so anyone who wants tickets together with friends will get them if they are just patient. The only problem you are likely to have is if you want £25 tickets. I am a bit more optimistic about total sales though. We sold 16,000 for the semi-final with Arsenal at Cardiff. That was for a Saturday lunchtime kick-off 200 miles away at the same place where the final was to be held, and with a team we all knew wasn't playing well. Whilst the odds are still very much against us this time we have a team playing better football. playing at a ground only 30 miles away at a sensible kick-off time for most fans. I'll go for c25,000.
Atomicrover Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 I put my form in Self + two other STH (kids) plus 3rd Kid (non-STH) as a Phase 2 application. Applied for £25, but added a note to my credit card number that, IF by the time Phase 2 kicked in on Sunday and they got round to my application (which was date-stamped when I handed it in), all the £25 tickets had gone, they had my permission to shunt me into the £35 ticket bracket and so on.

trs Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Just reading on Chelsea official site that their allocation (31,760) will be sold as follows; 75% of tickets sold online 25% sold at box office NO telephone sales at all
mike at picture Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Just reading on Chelsea official site that their allocation (31,760) will be sold as follows; 75% of tickets sold online 25% sold at box office NO telephone sales at all Chelsea struggled to sell their allocation last year in the semi at O.T. v L/pool and there seemed to be a lot of Scousers in Chelsea areas. Could be looking at a sub 50,000 gate this year.
SAS Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 a 50,000 gate would mean each team selling just 13,000 tickets each, i cant see that at all will be at least 60k
