still no away l/s shirts in my size, the online store says out of stock.

i'm going to ring the shop tomorrow to see if it's a blip or do they still have some left in the store i can buy over the phone.

it's good they have sold out as they must of shifted a few shirts and made some dollar but surely they are losing money not having the stock now! i'm not going to ###### of to the jjb store because i want to support the shop and the club but when you cant buy probably one of the top selling items i.e a replica kit, then people will go else where.

this is bad business, i thought the idea of when a product was selling and the quantity was running low, you order the next batch before it runs out.

maybe i'm throwing my toys out the pram here and making a scene when there's no need to. i just really want my shirt! :brfc:

i phoned the roverstore today and spoke to a really nice lady.

i asked about the shirts and she said the website was right after checking in the store and there are none left in medium or large in the long sleeve away.

i said do you know when there will be a delivery of replica shirts? and after asking a colleague she replied in about a month.

a (Please don't use that word again)ing month! what are they doing? being delivered on skateboard from China!

Don't get me wrong as i'm glad Rovers have got the store back from that heap of ###### sports world but this is a basic stock control issue which shouldn't happen with a replica kit at a club shop ffs :angry2:

Did my first order from the new shop last week, bought the new shirt which was great both in size and quality (so far). Also bought two t-shirts,three dvd, mini kit and air-fresher for the car. A total of 90 pounds included shiping, took three days to arrive here in Sweden which i think is great service. Bangkok is a bit further but should not take anymore then one week for it to find your house.

I had a look in the shop at West Brom on Saturday and thay had a great selection of items. They had lots of things that weren't too expensive that you might buy as pressies e.g. cereal dishes, pet dishes etc and some really nice clothing. I wish the management of our shop would have a look at other clubs' shops and get some ideas.

My best mate in London sent me this seasons shirt for my birthday. I love it, except for the sponsor logo. It's so dodgy and I can see it peeling off in the wash or something.

Isn't it standard advice for shirts like this to

1) wash on cold wash

2) turn it inside out

3) don't use fabric conditioner

4) hand wash if possible

Don't want to sound all Mrs Doubtfire, but just some advice was given few seasons back (pre-Umbro) when the cheaper-made ones exploded

According to the manager of JJB superstore (at that time), they always have had problems with the quality of Rovers tops than other clubs/manufacturers.

I recall the Asics away one first season in Prem, had a diamond weave in, until they were washed and they ended up like a fair-isle sweater. They had to remanufacture complete batches - of a different material/design - mid-season.

anyone have an idea when the online range will be updated would be very interested in the cereal bowls but nothing online yet I understand how glassware could be deemed fragile and are waiting for a decision on whether to put that stuff online but would have thought cereal bowls would not pose too many problems also can anyone tell us what other new things are available instore that are not at the moment on the website?

This seasons shirts were on sale, both long and short sleeve and ALL were priced at £24.99. Most Premiership shirts including the winkers were for sale at the same price in what appears to be a sale ready for closure.

Hope this helps

Do you have a paypal account and fancy doing me a huge favor?

Every season ticket holder was provided with a free cereal bowl weeks ago. Looks like you missed out.
