i've heard bellamy has taken a pay cut to join liverpool. he is on 40K per week, as opposed to 50K at rovers, and the fact that he turned down 65K from us- really shows he wants to play for his 'boyhood' team.

Other strikers? They only have Bellamy, Crouch, Fowler and Pongolle...with the latter seemingly being deemed not good enough by Benitez. Any club in the Champion's League will want at least four good strikers, it's debatable whether Liverpool even have three of those at the moment.

Why is this thread still open, he's gone and thats it, theres nothing that can be done about it. He'll be playing at Ewood once in the league next season and it won't be in a Rovers shirt.

Ya but Duffer was one of our own. He went down with us, came back up with us and was a "Rover"...

Bellers came and went before we knew what hit us. He done good, but lets move on and I suggest quicker than with Duffer...

I'm not saying it was the same, just pointing out that us Rovers don't forget easily. As for Duffer going down and up with us, that was most probably only because he wasn't exactly a star when we were relegated and it wasn't until Souness came that he was really noticed.

Whats with all the Pleasure bashing on here !!!! So the guy passes stuff on and more often than not it turns out to be wrong . PLeasure posts what he has heard (or made up I dont know ) on the Transfer RUMOUR pages and thats exactly what they are - rumours, plus it gives all something to talk about. Life would be so boring if we were all the same, we'd all support Chelsea
