adopted scouser Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I wouldn't have him back. Since he left us he's looked a bit below par.

daveoftherovers Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 WTF????? It's about the team & it's management ! Are you denying he has the ability?? Have you seen some of the service he's been getting, it's complete sh8, did Rafa not have him watched last year (When he ripped them to bits??) Hardly any of the mousers have stood out this year have they??? If it wasn't for their captain they'd be behind us and out of the CL (IMHO.) I'd have him back 2morrow, Bellamy, Matty & McCarthy (Have it!)

Mr. E Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 hahah just read that report, I'm sure it's over exaggerated but the whole golf-club beatdown in the middle of the night by Bellamy is hilarious
Exiled_Rover Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I wouldn't have him back. Since he left us he's looked a bit below par. For the right fee I'd have him back. I expect him to go to Villa though.
bob fleming Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 The wedge would have to be right if we were to have any chance.
BuckyRover Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I feel that if we were to re-sign Bellamy he would DRIVE us up the table and PUTT us in a great position in the league. Yet on the flipside I feel his aggression may HANDICAP our team spirit and only leave us on PAR with the mid table sides. # I apologise wholeheartedly for the above post. I am bored
Bing Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I rang one of the newspapers to find out where they got this story from. Got through to one of the journos but he wouldn't reveal his source, he just said that a little birdie told him.
Bondi-Rover Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 All I can say is that at least it wasn't some BIRDIE he took a SWING at like last time. Apparently his defence was that he thought Riise was a BOGEY man that looked like an EAGLE. The rest of the team felt that Bellamy was a FAIRWAY from being reasonable about things after and felt that Risse was GREEN with envy about his footballing skills. Riise has felt below PAR since SLICED him with the CLUB. Anyway, they both made up afterwards and shared a SAND WEDGE at the CLUB cafe... Dear oh dear... stop me somebody quick...
herbergeehh Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 It would be better without the caps, give us something to work with here
joey_big_nose Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Theres no doubt that Bellamy is a tit, but him and McCarthy would be the best strikeforce Rovers would have had in a decade. We have to have a look. I will be suprised if he comes back though, doesn't seem his style to me.
Roar of the Rover Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Just have a look at the last picture, it looks sound to me. http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/drilldown/N...070219-1015.htm

CAPT KAYOS Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Maybe this could fuel the speculation - played against us as well last week SET TO SIGN?
Fife Rover Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 This is not the first bust up beween Bellars and Riise this season. They were at it beore Christmas on the Lpool Training Ground when Bellers belted him and was sent home. This resulted in Lpool contacting Rovers about a possible return on loan return until they could off-load Bellars back to us at the end on the season. Are you serious? If this is true why is he not here now? God knows we could use him, and if he is not here it can only mean one of two things: 1) it never happened 2) Sparky doesn't want him back.
herbergeehh Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I don't believe that.. where do you get this from, PBlue?
Martyn Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I'm led to believe by a Liverpool supporting mate of mine Voronin will be a replacement for Fowler rather than Bellamy.

James No. 7 Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 These alleged photos of Liverpool training on Sunday from the Liverpool Pravda had me laughing out loud. I don't know whether to believe it or not, though it makes for good comedy!
herbergeehh Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 He started scoring goals in December. Can't see that being the reason, Hughes of all people would know how good Bellamy is. edit: My bad.
Eddie Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I think he means that is why Liverpool didn't want to let him go.
thenodrog Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 I think he means that is why Liverpool didn't want to let him go. Exactly
CircoW Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Personally, I'd love to see Bellamy back at Rovers. Regardless of this latest incident, the fact that Benitez will now have the financial muscle to finally attract the likes of David Villa from Valencia may mean that Bellamy could be available in the summer.
gumboots Posted February 19, 2007 Posted February 19, 2007 Can't see any sign of bruising on Riise's legs either. Surely if Bellamy hit him with a golf club you'd see some sign of it especially since the Norwegian manager was so concerned about it.
