b12_simon Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 rest of premiership have kits for TWO seasons, not ONE meaning you will pay £80 for 2 seasons !! doesn`t look a bargain now does it.... Most (if not all) clubs change their kit every season.
Sandiway Blue Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 Have United not just changed after 1 year? dunno but if they have i think it will be a first for red kit, usually every 2 years.
3rdpillar Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 Where does one pre-order the red/black shirt. I want one, like i really want one. i will sleep in it.

gazsimm Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 Where does one pre-order the red/black shirt. I want one, like i really want one. i will sleep in it. i wouldn't go that far pal, they have rovers pjs on sale don't they
Cocker Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 i wouldn't go that far pal, they have rovers pjs on sale don't they No they dont
Cocker Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 oh well i would not buy them anyway You might not but people with kids would.
gazsimm Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 You might not but people with kids would. true, you should ask the club why they don't sell any
Cocker Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 true, you should ask the club why they don't sell any We have been down this road before. Its because its Sports World that sort this stuff out at the moment. We are assured though that steps are being taken to sort this out though
DanLad Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 I'm wanting to get my brother-in-law a new Rovers shirt for his birthday, but it's on Friday so there's no chance, right? If I buy vouchers for Sportsworld (they currently run the clubshop, right?) will they still be the Rovers clubshop by the time the shirt is released? I don't want to get him vouchers and then he's not be able to get what he was supposed to get.
roversmum Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 i didn't know they let dogs in to ewood, but looking at some of the woman who go and watch rovers, then they must do Excuse me No need for that thank you.
Rover down South Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 It's ridiculous that we cannot buy the new kit until 2 weeks into the season. I will be buying both as always, wear them enough to get my money's worth anyway. Hopefully the training wear will be a lot better now umbro are in control & a bit more choice. As for the away kit, it is good, but not a patch on the away shirt from our title winning season, the black shirt with narrow red lines, THAT IS ONE OF THE BEST SHIRTS EVER!! Still got mine.
skiporovers Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 Dunno bout everyone else excited with the new red and black kit... but as good as it looked on paper wasnt sure how it would look in real on the players but at the Huddersfield game it looked ace! Definately gettin it now!
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 Must admit the red and black kit does look very good.
hawkiiz Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 hey! norwegian boy here, obviously new to the site. looks nice uhm i dont really like the new home kit. those red lines on the top look really bad i think. liked the one we had 05/06 much much more. the away kit however looks great! thats how our away shirt should be. keep the halves from our home shirt. real good.
Mafioso Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 just read the preorder advert, why does personalizing a shirt with savage 8 or bentley 11 cost more than other players ? EDIT : or did i misinterpret it and all it is is an example of how much the shirts with those particulare names and numbers would cost ??
stuwilky Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 why does personalizing a shirt with savage 8 or bentley 11 cost more than other players ? The cost is related to the number of numbers and letters isnt it?
rog of the rovers Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 Go to JJB any name number £10. At the Rovers shop to get 9 Santa Cruz would cost you £14!!!
revolutionrock! Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 Go to JJB any name number £10. At the Rovers shop to get 9 Santa Cruz would cost you £14!!! But you have to buy it from JJB, will cost more probalby
RevidgeBlue Posted August 4, 2007 Posted August 4, 2007 Love the red/black away strip and I'm tempted to get "Let's all do the Samba" on the back but it would probably cost more than the shirt!.
