Exiled_Rover Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 EAT YOUR BICYCLE-KICK HEART OUT! T'wasn't a bicycle kick, just an overhead flick. Shocking defending mind - though England have shown an inability to handle the simplest of crosses all day.
Daremz Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 T'wasn't a bicycle kick, just an overhead flick. Shocking defending mind - though England have shown an inability to handle the simplest of crosses all day. Never mind it. It was a very acrobatic goal. And it's deserved. Unless Matty scores (in that case, I don't care), we deserve to win.
Hasta Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Everyone seems to know the score, They've seen it all before, They all know, They're so sure, That Englands gonna......
cn174 Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 England will do very well to win this one now, both midfielders on a yellow card and Taylor will probably have to go off injured

LeChuck Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Should we get through to the final, four midfield players will be missing. However unpopular Bentley was a week or so ago could be about to get a whole lot worse.
brfc fan Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Come on England! We've gotta really push forward and get a goal in extra-time.
Daremz Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Yellow for Derbs. Looked like a deserved card. If England win this it'll be the most undeserved victory EVER.
Hasta Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Looking at the state of half of them England players on the pitch I'm glad Bentleys not there. At least we're teaching the younsters the 'England Way'. Backs against the walls through extra time. Lose on penalties in glorious faliure.
stuwilky Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Yellow for Derbs. Looked like a deserved card. If England win this it'll be the most undeserved victory EVER. A deserved card? never. On the contrary, should England win this they have performed out of their collective skins for a significant period of time.

I've been impressed with how hard they've worked. Shown a lot of heart.

Shame he doesnt appear to understand the "on your line" rule for penalty kicks either. C'est la vie. Im veyr proud of this lot tonight, regardless of the result.
Exiled_Rover Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 It's quite entertaining, the lad's a good three yards off his line for most of these penalties. We're running out of penalty takers, when does Pearce step up?
stuwilky Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Have the rules changed on goalkeepers being on the line?
RovertheHill Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Oh no Matty Carson hasn't gone the right way yet
RovertheHill Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 ...and I take full credit for him saving that one :-)
Daremz Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 MATT IS A DUTCHMAN MATT IS A DUTCHMAN Hahaha. What a penalty-series!
Exiled_Rover Posted June 20, 2007 Posted June 20, 2007 Well done lads, it took 13 penalties and a dodgy keeper to beat you. You've got to be impressed with the ability of 10 men to comfortably stand toe to toe with one of the higher rated teams at this level for half an hour. Nice to see a bit of class too.
