Brownie, the fact is that when the speculating is done in the paper and not on this site, people complain about the "baseless" rumors and how the papers are trying to bring our club down by publishing the rumors and/or are just publishing "stretched versions of the truth" to sell papers.

To be fair though all the information currently being put forward by nicko seems to be spot on.

Details of the takeover interest, Roberts, Todd, Bellamy................

Nope it's the fawning, cow eyed, little plonkers that are raising him to celeb status and asking stupid questions to put themselves to the fore. We've all seen it many times in the schoolyard as kids and childrens TV when pop stars answer childrens phone-in queries. 'Nicko's' input has provided excellent info to date and if necessary only he should be able to post on this thread..... imo the debate should be elsewhere to stop him getting ticked off with it all, cos thats the way it is heading.

But you can't go away and sulk, you just come up with a better one next time. I know that as it is my living. It is good to realise that people are keen to know the score.

And I'm not bothered with stick...I get enough at home!

You live or die by the quality of your tales. Seem to have survived to a ripe old age so far.
