im rapidly getting bored by the lack of transfer activity though im sure sparky will be working away at getting his targets. looking forwards to tommorows game :rover:

Blimey they have only been back from summer break for a week. Getting the right players takes time and mind games.

Although i can't wait for the game tomorrow either :D

It's also a lot less than we got for Kuqi, in a lesser economic climate for strikers.

:P and Jeffers is alot less of a striker. We got him free!

American, to be fair though we al accepted that the Kuqi fee was a complete freak figure. It's not bad business to get 600k for our 5th choice striker.

The headline figure for Kuqi is also somewhat misleading. I believe a fairly significant proportion of it is based on performance.

Well said ihb ..... God only knows what his new found hero thinks of him but I can tell you his immature, belly squirting posting is doing my bloody head in! Whoever coined the saying that 'children should be seen and not heard' certainly knew what they were on about. He reminds me of Billy Bradshaw!

btw Some pointers for you.....

1. Rem old AN is prob a busy journalist and not the Oracle at Delphi.

2. Believe only half of what you see and none of what you read.

3. Lastly..... Try to use capitals here and there and then everyone will be happy.

Oh btw The rest of you critical gits ...... :wstu: the lad needed some direction so now you can all bugger off and keep your own council! <_<
