Jensen is a free, so you could take him at any time if you wanted him.

Not heard of ny interest in the Turkish lad, but he has a good background.

What happend to Jensen? I thought he was very good at Charlton but seems to have now completely lost his way. Injuries?

I think they are looking around for a right back who can also play centre half, a squad man, probably a young one ideally.

This isn't necessarily aimed at nicko, but anyone care to throw any names out there?

What's happened with Justin Hoyte now that Sagna has been signed? (I have a feeling he'll want to stay and fight for his place, but that's the type of player I'm sure Sparky is on the lookout for).

I think Hoyte is been linked with Villa.

Also West Ham's new signing Faubert is out for 6 months with a ruptured achilles tendon, which make it more unlikely that they will be letter Zamora leave.

I think there will be big news around Everton and Manchester City shortly that will liven up the striker chase.

From what I hear Everton are going to buy a striker for big money and they may need to sell Beattie to raise the cash. That is fairly hot off the presses.

And I understand Man City will sign a striker shortly - leaving Roque Santa Cruz up for grabs. The trouble is that Bayern are messing about with the price.

Just to stress on the right back I think the profile is a young up-and-comer and not too expensive.

He was very good for Charlton and after his mystifying decision to join Fulham he got quite a serious knee injury if I remember right. Then Coleman got sacked...

He didn't actually look that bad coming back from his injury - he scored on his comeback match I think. I've always rated him quite highly, he can take a decent set piece too. maybe those in the game know that his knee isn't up to it anymore?

I should stress I don't have a name for the right back possibility. I just know it's one they have had on the agenda for a while.

This striker chase should hot up soon I think.

There will be some astonishing striker moves coming out in the press in the next few days.

The game's gone mad. Manchester City are going daft and Bolton are signing a very strange one.

Sadly not.

I have the perfect face for radio too.

bit harsh!

this MB would be a lot better, if many of the posters learned to laugh at themselves!

think Hoyte is been linked with Villa.

and reading, reportedly for £2.5M (bit steep).

we were after him on loan last season, but arsenal wouldnt let him go.

Man City are going after anything with a pulse. But this latest target is a goodie. They should know if he is coming over the weekend.

The good thing about somebody spending money right now is that it has a knock-on effect in a lot of ways.

If City get this guy then the others they were after at big prices - Yakubu and Santa Cruz - become available to other clubs and possibly cheaper.

But if you think there are some odd moves just now it can only get worse in the coming weeks.

Lots of vacancies, not many good players, plenty of money around = total chaos.
