Former Rovers striker Matt Jansen is back at his first club, Carlisle United, training, in an attempt to regain his fitness.

Carlisle Manager Neil McDonald told the Official Carlisle United Website:

"Matt has asked to train with us as he works on his fitness and sharpness.

"He's working very hard so he'll be here with us as he gets himself back up to a decent level."
