I felt sorry for Friedel...I could count on one hand how many mistakes he's made at Rovers since his first game. If it wasn't for that, it would be goalless for sure as Arsenal haven't really looked a top 4 club yet.

After a 53-minute half the whistle goes at Ewood Park. Four yellow cards, three to Blackburn and one for Robbie Savage who is in referee Alan Wiley's ear as they stroll off. Wiley finds something to laugh about. Savage doesn't and looks as scary as a bloke with girls hair can.

He's giving Sav a hard time. Why does everyone?!

A Bentley freekick is headed past the far post by Santa Cruz. He hasn't really got into the game yet. If McCarthy is fit enough, i'd bring him on in 5-10 mins.

Dunno what happened there but the ref blew straight after a corner which resulted in us scoring but the commentary isn't loud on the net so couldn't find out what happened. It looked perfectly fine though!

...as he has run out of first team Rovers players to book for going within 1 metre of an Arsenal player.
