I see Mr Bamble is back to his old tricks. This ones a beauty...trys passing it back to the keeper and falls over. As a result Johnson nips in and scores.

It is now 2-0...bad news for us.

Not all bad Jordan, The slimy Arteta has already been booked, one more and he misses the game against Rovers !!

But back to Bramble, a real classic and it rubs salt into the wounds of Rovers how we managed to lose there.

A second thought, what about the pitch ? Griffin Park is in a better state of repair.

They mentioned the pitch before the game....'as we know both sports are played on the pitch'. But Wigan rugby haven't played at the jjb since October, so they can't blame that.

Final score 2-1 Everton, five points ahead of us in fourth.

However I think we've got more to worry about trying to maintain our current position of ninth than worry about breaking into the top six, let alone top four.

I read somewhere that it's because the pitch is used all year round, the grass isn't given time to bed itself properly. That said, Ewood wasn't looking too great yesterday either.

Foolhams bid for King has faltered and he wont be joining for 5m, he has injury issues over old injuries. Now foolham have bid 2.5 m for cousins of rangers !!

Spuds 2-0 up against Arsenal (3-1 on agg), Wenger's faith in his kids has slightly faulted as Fabregas is on as sub and Adeybaor (sp) is also on bench.

3-0 spurs. Game over.

Spurs have been on good form to be fair to them

4-0 now. Lennon has been particularly impressive imo.

A couple of games too far for Arsenal's kids.

We should have beaten them in the second half at Ewood to be fair.

Martin Jol must be thinking if only he'd been allowed to stay in charge a week or two longer and get a nice easy confidence builder against Blackpool at home in the Carling Cup!.

Would be quite nice to see an Everton/Spurs final instead of the usual suspects for once.

Horrible result in the Spurs game.

They have been going on about Ramos since he joined, and now they are in a final.

Anyone but Spurs winning the cup.

as long as Spurs don't win it clearly.

Remembering that if the winner is already a European qualifier via the league the extra UEFA space goes to 6th.
