Hughesy Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Cally - United Rattled?? Seriously mate are you a deluded scouser? You wont win the league... Infact with Benitez in charge, you will never win it. 1 Man team - without Gerrard they wouldnt even get close.

Eddie Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Haha, Ferguson accusing others of arrogance and contempt, the irony is delicious. He's clearly rattled. Shame on Allardyce for deliberately mis-interpreting the incident to deflect from his own limitations, while helping out his mate, Fergie, against the dirty foriegner taking all our jobs. Ferguson is arrogant, but respectful. He's played Benitez like a fool in all of their media battles and the fat spaniard should just sit this one out. Liverpool are a two man team and it would sicken me to ever see such a poor squad of players win the league (unless it's Rovers).

We might not win the league but you must be deluded if you think Ferguson isn't rattled. It's quite obvious.
Hughesy Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 No Mate Rovers through and through - season ticket holder for 15 years in a row - and you? Rattled? Still in the FA Cup, Still in Europe, STILL top of the league.... what has he to be rattled about? Some Scousers that are inconsistent? Give it a break you wont win the league and Fergie knows it. Chelsea are more of a threat to them that Liverpool.

He might be fat, but I'm not sure what his nationality has got to do with anything. Smacks of the little inglanders ganging up on the dirty foreigner. Reina, Carra, Agger, Alonso, Mascherano, Gerrard, Torres - yeah, you really know you're stuff. No Mate Rovers through and through - season ticket holder for 15 years in a row - and you? Rattled? Still in the FA Cup, Still in Europe, STILL top of the league.... what has he to be rattled about? Some Scousers that are inconsistent? Give it a break you wont win the league and Fergie knows it. Hughesy Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Whilst Agger, Mascherano, Alonso are good players - they are not in the same class as Gerrard or Torres. I tell you - take out Gerrard or Torres (Just 1 of them) and you are not even close to the top.

To a scouser hanging off Rafa's every word, maybe. Ferguson has been there, done it, got the t-shirt, and seen off far far better than Rafa Benitez. Don't kid yourself.
imy9 Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 I have to say this has been quite amusing seeing a deluded Liverpool fan think that they are going to win the league! Rovers fan through and through but I admire Ferguson because he has an inate ability to wind up the opposition, "Rafagate" was hilarious and led to Liverpool dropping down the league, I expect the latest comments to have a similar effect, oh Mourinho, Wenger and Dalglish were better opposition than Rafa and they couldnt wind up Fergie!
Hughesy Posted April 17, 2009 Posted April 17, 2009 Not as good without your best players shocker! You're good. My point is take Rooney out of United, or take Drogba out of Chelsea - they still can win easily without them. Liverpool are just not consistent enough and rafa is too disrespectful to other clubs. He puts his 'stars' on the bench and then they fail to win.
Backroom Tom Posted April 17, 2009 Backroom Posted April 17, 2009 Hughesy you must be deluded mate, don't you know Liverpool are going to win the Champions league as well of the prem this season, I read it on the red and white kop forum that they were the real winners against Chelsea. They'll probably also the the real winners of the league this season when they come in third as well.
Backroom Tom Posted April 18, 2009 Backroom Posted April 18, 2009 Looking at todays fixtures there's a couple in which I'm not sure what the best result is for us. If we lose things will look bleak this evening wither way
Iceman Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Liverpool fans are as dilusional as Spurs fans. Fergie has won it all, year in year out they have been consistent. Liverpool are indeed a 2 man team, no matter what their fans say. Ideally i would like a Hull win or draw, a Fulham win and a Bolton win today and a Sunderland defeat. Hopefully we can win today, but nervous times indeed. Sunderland 1-0 up now at Hull
Backroom Tom Posted April 18, 2009 Backroom Posted April 18, 2009 Looking at Hulls fixtures if they lose today they could be in real trouble
Anti-Dingle-Brigade Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Think WBA and Hull are pretty much doomed. Boro have fluffed one of their easiest games and have some hard games coming up.
Mr. E Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 After the last two games it's back where we started I'm afraid, I really don't see how we can beat anyone, and will be very surprised if we do.
Bobby G Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Wigan is a must win game for us. Id say we need to win 2 of our 3 home games and it is very much doable, as long as we remember what it is to ATTACK.
Backroom DE. Posted April 18, 2009 Backroom Posted April 18, 2009 Hopefully once we start getting our firepower back we can threaten teams up front again.
LeChuck Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 As has been the case for a few weeks now, other teams are doing us a favour and making sure the teams around us aren't doing well. Man Utd have fielded a lot of youngsters in their semi-final against Everton. Very strange.
jny Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Yes Spurs won (and I don't usually like saying that )
Eddie Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Man Utd have fielded a lot of youngsters in their semi-final against Everton. Very strange. and it looks like they might lose me a lot of money because of it...
Guest Vinjay606 Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 First 2 penalties for Everton v Scumchester. Cahill blasted over and Berbatov with a hilarious penalty wasted. Lazy and arrogant suits his general attitude really. Baines showing some killer attitude. Great penalty. Everton win the pens. Excellent. Right in front of the scum fans too.
Stuart Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 At least Fergie won't be whinging about not getting that penalty in normal time now
Eddie Posted April 19, 2009 Posted April 19, 2009 Excellent? To see one of our rival achieving success? To see a squad that really isn't that impressive possibly lifting a trophy? Makes me feel even worse about where we are in the league.
