My girlfriend's a Man Utd fan, and I've grown to admire them, especially given the way they often win in style despite most teams having their game of the season against them. If Blackburn could play like they do just once or twice a year, I'd be over the moon.

Nice touch by the Chelsea players when the forst goal scored and held up a shirt in memory of Lampards mum.

I see Fergie didn't come out to be interviewed after the match, be interesting to watch MOTD tonight and see if he does the post match interview or he sends out Carlos the Jackel like he usually does when Utd lose.

I think most supporters would have enjoyed the result because there is a big hatred of Man Utd, poeple might say you should support Utd to win the League because they are a North West club, but who wants a summer of band wagon jumping Utd fans going on about the title.

I myself can't stand Man Utd mainly because I was brought up watching Liverpool because of my dad and also because they are too arrogant the team and the long distance supporting fans.

Yeah, I think we'd might be able to if we had 1/8 of the transfer kitty United have/have had at their disposal.

No Torres or Gerard...that's all you need to know in all honesty. Truely awful game, how the hell Vorinon (I know he scored last week :lol:) convinced even Benetiz to give him a deal is baffling!

Still smiling like a Chesire cat at the earlier result :)

And Brum is up by 1. Means that Reading are at relegation position.

West Ham winning 2-0 They are catching us but they still have to play Man Utd

Yeah, and they've had more or less half of the squad out with injuries - including players such as Bellamy, Parker, Dyer and Faubert - for almost all of the season. Not to mention that a lot of West Ham fans want Curbishley to get the sack after this season.

Either their fans are a tad too demanding, or our season has been ###### too ;)

Edit: Oh ok, 2-2 at Upton Park now :huh:
