My guess would be Bentley on the left and Derbyshire on the right, but maybe pushing both further up.

The only reasoning I have for that is that I can't see either McCarthy or Santa Cruz being able to play the wide striker/winger role on the left, and having three central strikers wouldn't get us anywhere really.
