yellowsubmarine Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Which reminds me - Good old Sutty. Nice read. The article was written 10 years ago, and the writer is damn right: "We always hated Tottenham, but I have a feeling that matches between Blackburn and Arsenal will never be the same again."

cn174 Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 can you imagine the horror of punters who had a leicester player to score first goal They didn't pay out on the keeper scoring, it was declared void and the leicester player (whoever it was) was actually credited with the 'first goal' for betting purposes
Ben-2000 Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Surely if someone had a bet on the keeper scoring first they would be entitled to be paid out
colin Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Nice article about yer mon in The Guardian Hope he can continue to play link here
American Posted September 23, 2007 Posted September 23, 2007 No he didn't, he but he did tell the ref that it wasn't a penalty. When the referee still awarded him the penalty he took it, which despite being weak, was on target - I think he could've missed it a whole lot better than that if that was his intention. Fowler has admitted he didn't miss on purpose, just took a crap penalty.
