They didn't pay out on the keeper scoring, it was declared void and the leicester player (whoever it was) was actually credited with the 'first goal' for betting purposes

No he didn't, he but he did tell the ref that it wasn't a penalty. When the referee still awarded him the penalty he took it, which despite being weak, was on target - I think he could've missed it a whole lot better than that if that was his intention.

Fowler has admitted he didn't miss on purpose, just took a crap penalty.
