Grabbi Graeme Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Team Friedel Oojer, Samba Nelsen, Warnock Emerton, Bentley,Dunn,Pedersen Santa Cruz, Bennii Subs Brown Zurab Tugay Treacy Derbyshire
philipl Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Team Friedel Oojer, Samba Nelsen, Warnock Emerton, Bentley,Dunn,Pedersen Santa Cruz, Bennii Subs Brown Zurab Tugay Treacy Derbyshire That looks a bit lightweight for a fixture against Liverpool.
joey_big_nose Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Team Friedel Oojer, Samba Nelsen, Warnock Emerton, Bentley,Dunn,Pedersen Santa Cruz, Bennii Subs Brown Zurab Tugay Treacy Derbyshire Interesting to see that Treacy is on the bench. I would gess that is the way we will line up but Isuppose it is possible that we are either: --------------Freidal Emerton---Nelsen--Samba---Warnock -------------------Ooijer Bentley----Dunn-----------Pedersen ------------Benni----Cruz Or: --------------Freidal Ooijer---Nelsen--Samba---Warnock -------------------Emerton Bentley----Dunn-----------Pedersen ------------Benni----Cruz
'arrod rover Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 will need a massive performance from dunny in the centre if we are to get anything from today
Mr. E Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Team Friedel Oojer, Samba Nelsen, Warnock Emerton, Bentley,Dunn,Pedersen Santa Cruz, Bennii Subs Brown Zurab Tugay Treacy Derbyshire now I am worried. Emerton and Bentley have been less than impressive playing in those positions.
Alex Rover Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 now I am worried. Emerton and Bentley have been less than impressive playing in those positions.According to Radio Rovers, Bentley is on the right and Emerton will be holding in midfield. Should be interesting.
budha Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 According to Radio Rovers, Bentley is on the right and Emerton will be holding in midfield. Should be interesting. According to the tv-picture they both seem to operate on the right flank In goal kick situations Bentley seems to be situated on the flank and Brett in the middle.
Flopsy Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 too much confidence in the air at the moment, crowd sounds great though
James No. 7 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Bentley hit the post in a one-on-one situation. Definitely the best chance of the match. Just before the 35 minute mark.
James No. 7 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Dunn hit the woodwork on 45 minutes. Another chance that we might be really ruing later on.
artemorethanlabore Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Great shoot, liverpool not doing much. Ewood sounds amazing.
Rovers in America Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 I thought Dunn's chance was in when he hit it. Oh so close.
yellowsubmarine Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Dunn's injured. Yah, seems like he got injured while attempting the shot that rocked the crossbar. Pray he will be okay. We are losing centre midfielders at an alarming rate!
Mr. E Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 My head is still in my hands from Dunny's bar. How that that not go in?? In 1-2 chances games like this we need goals like that. We've been solid, but its a real stalemate so far. if he's injured though I don't know what the heck we're gonna do. Tugay has to save the situation.
rover6 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Is Emerton actually playing CM? ENcouraged to see Treacy on the bench - who knows he could get on to have a meaningful opportunity.

In 1-2 chances games like this we need goals like that. if he's injured though I don't know what the heck we're gonna do. Tugay has to save the situation. Cant blame. He tried his best. Tough luck. *continue praying he will be fit for 2nd half.
Rovers in America Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Is Emerton actually playing CM? ENcouraged to see Treacy on the bench - who knows he could get on to have a meaningful opportunity. He's playing more the right wing and Bentley more in the middle. But him and Bents exchange a decent amount as well.
James No. 7 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Is Emerton actually playing CM? I can't even really tell. I think Emerton and Bentley are swapping around. Whatever... it's been working so far.
budha Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 Is Emerton actually playing CM? Yes, and playing pretty well actually. Tends to run to the right and that crowds the flank with Bentley there too, but I guess that's to be expected from a right full-back/winger.
James No. 7 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 We got away with that one. Kuyt should have hammered it. 61 minutes.
James No. 7 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 We're missing chances left, right, and centre.
James No. 7 Posted November 3, 2007 Posted November 3, 2007 That should have been a penalty. Carragher put his arms up and Ooijer's shot hit his arm. The commentators are trying to say he put his arms up to balance. Rubbish.
